WORST moving experience EVER! *Quoted $400 for 4 hours, it took them over 8 hours and they did not move my outside patio table as quote=charged $936.00, well over double the quote, they only moved a 1600 square foot apartment home, 2 bed, NO BOXES *They damaged my NEW stainless frig, damaged the breakfast nook table, broke the front door screen, broke legs off a ping pong table & damaged my bed, spilled papers/items from desk and left in the yard *The manager came to the home when they put a large dent in the frig., he said they would fix it & I said I was not paying till they did, we agreeed * The office personnel called at the end of the move to collect the rest of the over doubled quoted, we argued that is not what was discussed while the manager was here, she was EXTREMELY rude *Manager called back said he never agreed to me not paying, he actually said by law, the papers we signed the morning the movers showed up, only makes the moving company responsible for 60% of the total weight to repair your furniture (so they can technically damage your items, you pay them full price & they do not have to replace/repair your items but to the tune of only 60% CRAZY, I would have NEVER signed a document stating this if I would have know thats what I signed BEWARE!!!)* I willing said I would live with ALL of the rest of the items they damaged but I would NOT accept my brand new frig being damaged, they said they would repair the frig only after I pay in full, I did. *Repair man made 3 trips, 3 months, MANY hours in my home, to replace 2 frig doors (doors only) & buffed out the scratches that I can tell have been repaired & only to end with me having to help fix the frig, the repair man is NICEST man, I blame the moving company for having him do a repair way out of his league. OUCH :( I had to click at least 1 star to be able to post, I would not even give them one star.

Would not recommend using this company unless you are prepared to have your furniture and items damaged. Here is the list of items damaged during the move. Leather sectional (leather torn), leather loveseat (leather torned wood feet damaged), brass broken off a role top desk, corner crushed on a Lexington armoire, knob broken off dryer, knob broken off grill and last but not least, when they were moving in the furniture, they crushed my laptop. It was inside my bag sitting on the floor against a window (because there was not yet any furniture in the house). They crushed my laptop and claim they are not liable because they "didnt move it". So, if these extremely unprofessional movers come in your home and damage any of your property, they will NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! The move occurred in August, these issues are still unresolved. The owner has never answered or returned a call. To quote his employees " I have been told to tell you we are not responsible". Even stating that they couldnt find the replacement part on our high end stainless grille, but will give us $30.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So the bottom line, unless you are prepared to file a lawsuit and be out additional expense, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. Oh yeah, forgot to mention, you pay this company by the hour. The movers we slow and careless. They even complained about the time the show up at the "office" and dont get paid for drive time, but the customer pays the company. They sat around for what equalled over an hour, but charged us. Taking breaks, discusses personal issues, etc.

I watched an employee drive a moving truck at full acceleration down our street to turn around and then full acceleration to come back the 75 yards from his turn-around point. I cannot verify his speed without a radar. He claims he did not exceed the speed limit (25mph), but did not know what the speed limit was when asked. There were 4 kids playing in front of my house and 3 playing in the area where he turned around, so it would have been inappropriate to be anywhere near the speed limit anyway. When asked to slow down due to the 7 kids outside playing, he became confrontational and refused to admit any wrongdoing. He said, "I didnt hit the speed limit so I wasnt breaking any laws." He told me to go ahead and call his company and complain if I want, but that I "dont need to lie about his actions". So, I am going to make sure I tell the truth about his actions everywhere online, before I call his office to discuss it with them. Driving fast is not cool around kids, but even less cool is bringing a poor attitude when asked to slow down by a homeowner. His supervisor, on the other hand, was very nice and apologetic.

The owner of this company personally contacted me after a poor customer experience with another franchise in a different town. His efforts to ensure that my problem had been taken care of were professional and sincere. I would not hesitate to do business with the Oklahoma City franchise. Unfortunately the franchise in Tulsa did not operate in what, I as a customer, believe was a timely manner to resolve a storm door broken at my new location during a move. I only subtract one star because of a late contact by the OKC franchise but I was told Google had not alerted them of my initial review in a timely manner. This is entirely possible. Again - OKC location, good interaction. Tulsa location I would probably give only 2-2 1/2 stars at the most.

Two Fellas moving was a delight to work with! We made arrangements on a Monday and was able to move on a Thursday of the same week, the exact day we needed to move. Everyone we dealt with was totally professional and accommodating of the request we made, and was pleasantly surprised by the low cost. Will and Henry the two men who performed our move were on time, polite, extremely hard working and treated our possessions with extreme care. They should be highly commended on the dedication they put into their profession. Again, I would definitely use Two Fellas on my next move and would recommend the company to close family and friends who need moving services.

My kids help me find a company by looking at ratings over the internet. Once we found this group, we had the best service that I have ever had with moving companies. They were thorough, made sure we understood everything, called to verify information, were right on time and extremely professional, respectful and courteous. I had to store my belongings for about a month and they arrived in excellent condition, they helped not only with what they were responsible for but also with a couple of items that I could not move. They also followed up with a pricing item that we had forgotten about. I would recommend in a heart beat!!!

KUDOS!!! 5 STARS!!! 2 THUMBS UP FOR 2 FELLAS!!! I have used 2 fellas and a big vehicle many times in the last couple of years to move myself as well as my daughter. I have referred numerous people to them and everyone has had such a positive experience. Their office staff is always pleasant to speak to, their packers are so professional, and their movers are on the ball and ready to get the job done. I simply cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much for saving my back (and my sanity). I will definitely continue to refer people to your company.
