This company is often used to deliver large items for online purchases. I hope companies would reconsider using them in the future because they are terrible! I got stuck with them delivering two separate items recently and both experiences were terrible. I recently ordered a sofa online and this company was used to deliver it. They showed up on Tuesday of this week but we werent home. Unfortunately, I didnt ever get a shipping confirmation so I wasnt aware that it was about to be delivered. My husband called them that same day and he was told that someone would call him back.....no call back. Then we called Wednesday morning....again he was told that he would be called back. We finally got a call about 4:30pm saying they would be here on Thursday between 3 and 7. We waited and waited...... No one ever showed up and no one ever called us. I just got off the phone with them today, Friday, to find out what happened (I had to call them, apparently they didnt feel the need to call me to explain what happened) and I was told that they couldnt find our place and it was late. Guess it would have been too smart to call us so we could help them out. I am now told that it will be delivered on Saturday. If they screw up by not being able to find us and not delivering when they say they would then we should be priority #1 the very next day! I told them that they would need to come early Saturday because my husband works in the evening and I have a birthday party to take my child to and she says she "would see what she could do." So Im sure that probably means my sofa wont be delivered Saturday either. This company is so unprofessional!

One of the worst customer service (if you can call it that) I have encountered! It seems like they have a reputation when it comes to Wayfair deliveries or lack of I should say (see previous reviews). The route scheduler Dena is one of the most unprofessional persons I have every encountered. After leaving her several messages and no call backs, I insisted on speaking to her. She very candidly stated they can only deliver our recliners on Thursday 10 days after what Wayfair stated it will be delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor, same attitude and an absolute waste of time. It seems to be their companies culture to be rude to customers. The tone is we will deliver when we want and you can do nothing about it! I have emailed and called Wayfair complaining bitterly about my experience. I hope wayfair heeds to all their customers and never uses Ace in the future. I will be writing a letter to Ace corporate as well. 03/16/2017 Today we were supposed to receive the above recliners. We did not receive the recliners, but did receive an email from Wayfair that they have been returned back to Wayfair. Ace did not have a profitable truck going in our direction and decided to cancel the order and returned it Wayfair. I have spoken to Wayfair and having it shipped back to us. 03/27/2017 Still awaiting for this to be delivered. I guess they are waiting for a full load so they can be profitable, until such time, we are enjoying sitting on the floor! 04/04/2017 We received our shipment! Almost a month after it was supposed to arrive!

I am in the process of having a delivery from this company at the present time through Coleman Furniture and the employees at Ace Moving have been very rude. I have tried numerous times to find out a delivery date for my order and I am continually told it is is a line to be inspected and they cannot set up a date for delivery. I was told through Coleman Furniture I would receive my order in 2 - 3 weeks. It has been at Ace now for the last two weeks. I was told I would receive a phone call by the end of this week but delivery could not be next week because of a short week. I will never order something again online if they use this company for delivery. Not sure if I will ever receive my order or not. Every time I call I am told the lady I need to speak with is out of her office and she will need to return my phone call which never happens. Very disappointed with the whole process and would not recommend this company for delivery of online orders

Ace Moving & Storage was a God send. I had set up to have my packing and storing of my household goods while a remodeling was taking place at my house. The last minute - I am talking a day before the contractor I thought I was using fell through. Frantic call and I was told no problem let us know when you are ready. Fast forward 5 weeks - signed a contract on Tuesday and on Thursday Amy and Jose D showed up ready to pack up my house, along with Victor and another lady I do not remember her name. They were professional and took great care of all of my belongings. Saturday another group showed up to put all of my belongings in storage until we finish the remodeling. Roger made it all happen seamlessly. I highly recommend Ace Moving and Storage for all of your needs.

We gave this company 3 different chances to move us. Stupid us!! They are slow, careless, dishonest, lousy customer service, wont return calls, and so much more. They broke a glass door to a curio and then refused to pay the full amount to have the glass replaced. They did not return my phone calls but instead sent a letter and then sent the poor guy who was going to have the glass replaced over to our house so he could explain and return the hardware. They put him in the middle of their screw-up. They broke a glass that went to my patio table and just acted like it wasnt a big deal. I could rant on and on about them but hopefully you will choose another company because this one is lousy.

I ordered a stand alone bathtub from Home Depot. Home Depot hires Ace moving and storage to deliver it. It sat in their warehouse for two weeks! Every time I called Ace to check in it they would say... (1) couldnt find it, (2) they would have to wait until they delivered something else my direction, (3) or they are in their busy season and they are too backed up. When they did finally deliver it, I saw the guy push it off of the truck and let it hit the driveway! They cracked the tub! Now, I have to return it! I told Home Depot that if they insist on using this company for delivery, then I will NEVER order from them again!

Had this company move our household goods for our change of station. The packup alone was worth the rating. Our mover Justin was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process, taking great care of our belongings, and making sure nothing was packed that we were personally moving. Not sure why the company only sent one guy, but he absolutely busted his butt for upwards of 12 hours, and got the job done (we felt bad)! In the end doing an amazing job. If the rest of the move process puts in as much effort as our pack-out, we will definitely be returning customers. Thank you so much for the work!
