If you want a company thats constantly canceling on you, hire this company but if you want a company thats reliable and professional, DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. If I could rate lower, I would. My 82 year old grandpa needed help moving out of a one bedroom apartment, so we called this company 9/2/17 and they rapidly offered their service by agreeing to move them on 9/9/17. In order for the move to be quicker, my grandma drove 4 hours to help, due to my grandpa having to work. They called on 9/7/17 to cancel and said they would need to reschedule due to miscommunication. My granny was very understanding and agreed to reschedule the move for 9/16/17 and drove 4 hours back home. On 9/15/17, my granny and I head out to help my grandpa, after driving an hour towards Kingsville my granny calls to confirm the appointment for the move before we drive the additional 3 hours to Kingsville. The manager said, I cant give you a time right now, but you are 2nd on the list for tomorrow. We will call you when we are 45 minutes to an hour away. Confirming that they would be able to move my grandpa on 9/16/17. 3 hours later, when we have already made it to Kingsville, they call us and say they werent able to make the appointment due to the people before us having more stuff to move than they thought. My granny tells the guy, that the manager confirmed us for tomorrow, the guy proceeds to tell her there is nothing he can do, my granny then tells him that my grandpa is 82, this is the 2nd time they have cancelled, and that she has again driven the 4 hours to help. The guy says Im sorry, theres nothing I can do. My poor granny was very upset, because not only did we drive all the way there BUT we really needed to move my grandpa to his new apartment that weekend! So of course, seeing how upset my granny was, I call the manager and ask for an explanation. The manager was very uncaring and unprofessional. His excuse was, "we only have four trucks, and Im tied up with another client. We didnt realize it was going to take longer." If you are going to charge me a $250 deposit then you need to provide good customer service and keep your appointments. Canceling twice two weekends in a row after saying we are on for tomorrow is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was upset about this weekend and I wanted further clarification on what happened last weekend? I asked, why did you cancel on me then? He didnt have an answer and tried to blame the "other managers". He proceeded to laugh at the situation and I even went ahead and informed him I was going to leave a review on here so people see how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is and I hope no one ever has to deal with this awfully run company.

Well, I chose this company based on decent reviews but unfortunately they didnt hold up to those scores. They started with a misquote in that it was supposed to be two quotes, one with me packing and one with them packing. The guy giving the quote clarified the numbers with my daughter and me and after not hearing from them prior to the move, I had to call and confirm. Erik said that price quote was incorrect and so we hashed that out (to his benefit, not mine). Then the day of the move, three guys came and packed and did everything well, no complaints. They left before the job was complete though, saying they were being texted by the bosses who told them they needed to get moving to the next job but that they would be back the next day on their own time to finish, but never showed. When I called Erik on Monday, he sent out another crew of two guys a couple of days later who packed some things and left others, packed a box full of glass items and not one piece of paper to protect them, resulting in broken items. They tried bumming cigarettes and mentioned several times they accept tips. I called again to Erik stating they had left many things behind and there was no offer to come get them, in fact getting a return call took some time. I told him about the broken items as well as a box of clothes and a glass tabletop that were missing. He sends two table tops to my house, neither of which were mine and I have never received mine yet and this was two months ago. They also never returned for the other two tops so I guess a couple of people are missing theirs too. My box of clothes did show up on the porch though! He assured me he reprimanded the team but I have doubts about that as he treated me like the bad guy and never made any attempt to reach out to me about my missing items or returned to pick up items not belonging to me. Since that time I have noticed a watch and some earrings missing too, but they "arent responsible for lost items". So there you have it and there you are. I wouldnt let them move me again if they were free.

Movers showed up to pack ONLY the furniture for a living room, dining room, TV room and Bedroom. We had ALREDY packed/boxed up and moved out ALL the clothes, dishes, garage items etc and we were leaving ALL appliances to new buyers. All My Sons show up late (said they drove toward Alice not Kingsville???) My wife was there at the start. I showed up about three hours into the move so she could go to work. I asked about an inventory list near the end. I was informed that my wife had said none was needed since it would have slowed down the process. We were needing to get out of the house (having had already closed) and they had almost everything already on the truck. AFTER FIVE HOURS the guy calls in and I am informed it will be over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! My wife later told me the mover had informed her that an inventory for just four rooms of furniture would have dragged out the process for up to FIVE HOURs. She had thought that was such an obscene amount of time for such a small amount of furniture (we have made entire household moves to overseas with military) that she had agreed to skip the inventory and we were being informed by realtor that we should be getting out as soon as possible. The furniture remained in storage about a month as our new house was being remolded. They show up having to be PAID BEFORE unloading (Bet LOTS of people have refused payment with these guys) It is now an ADDITIONAL TWO THOUSAND dollars. Just unload it and get out was my attitude. OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO MOVE FOUR ROOMS OF FURNITURE FROM ONE HOUSE TO ANOTHER HOUSE ALL WITHIN KINGSVILLE TEXAS WITH ONE MONTH STORAGE!!!! BUYER BEWRE!!! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

There is so much to say but to just describe the gist of what transpired. I was quoted a price of $2340 plus packing materials which amounted to $184 per their finalized document. Thus leaving a total of $2524 to move and pack basically a 2 bedroom apartment from Corpus Christi to San Antonio. They did not have to move any appliances, any beds or televisions. A modest apartment for an 85 and 86 year old. The packing was poorly completed and they even ran out of boxes. Did not even come prepared with wardrobe boxes, thus placing hanging clothes in regular moving boxes. So heres where I got upset. They said when they arrived that the bill needed to be paid before they would unload. Telling them the total is now $3184. A difference of $660 from total I was quoted. I scheduled it as a pack on Friday and move on Saturday. Multiple times I reiterated that the quote I was sent was for packing and moving. I was confirmed each time. So my little elderly grandparents paid to get their stuff off the truck. YES ... your classic bait and switch. I have called daily since and have been told that magically I was told the price was $3000 which no one can confirm. Now mind you I called in for the quote with packing originally so why the original price would only be for moving the items is ridiculous. On top of all of that the quote also said 3 men and a truck would do the work and only 2 showed up. Late of course by and hour and a half. Please do not use this company for your move there are way better choices in Corpus Christi. I will be contacting troubleshooters as well. This is taking advantage of the elderly and is just not okay.
