Very awful management. We had a 5x15 unit for a couple months and ended up needed a bigger unit. So we moved to a 10x15 that we were quoted at being $150 a month. We ended up being billed $190 and were told thats just the price. We kept the unit for about six months. I gave the management our one month notice and was told if I was out by October 31st I would not be charged for November. I came by the unit on October 30th to get a few of the last items out. I saw I was locked out so I went to the office to see what was up. After talking to the woman, who said she was the Regional Manager, she admitted to me that the lady I talked to when I originally gave my notice had messed up and I would need to pay through November to get into my unit! Even though she could see in the notes on our account that we had to Oct 31st. We were talking through it and getting to a reasonable solution when a guy that could only be described as a Dog-The-Bounty-Hunter Dobbelganger came in. This bleached-hair individual began arguing with me that I was cheating them out of money! The woman I was talking kept trying to calm him down and ended up charging me $50 to get into my unit for the day. The guy kept arguing with me and tried to even entice a fight! Completely unprofessional and true testament to how terrible a human can be.

Stopped here to use the postal services to send a package, because they were open later than the post office (5:30). The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She helped me choose the least expensive shipping method that met my time line. There was no line. It was very clean. I was skeptical about a postal center in a storage facility (what?!) but pleasantly surprised and will use them again.

I have already been a customer since June and I have had only an awesome experience. Employees are certainly helpful, the establishment is always neat and well kept. Great- very smooth process! Carts to use for loading & large elevator!!
