WHAT A RIP OFF-- BEWARE! I have used at least 3 other nearby storage units in the past and they pro-rate your first month AND the last month fees. But when I recently moved out of this unit, I come to find a full months charge on my credit card, even though I only used 9 days. I called the location and spoke to an Angela, who seemed nice but she just said- We dont do that. I politely gave her a second chance and asked that she could offer a fair refund based on usage and she refused. You would figure that in these days where it is tough to get new business that you would want to take care of your customers? NOT THESE GUYS. I should have known when I first went in their office and their furniture from the 1970s smelled like cigarette smoke and pet urine. You try to be reasonable in business and give good customer service-- NOT THESE GUYS.
