This review is strictly based on the financial side of the company. I chose this facility because it was close to home and the price was reasonable (I thought). But now I feel like I have been the victim of a bait and switch. I have only been in the unit for 6 months and they raised the monthly fees by $25.00. I understand an annual cost of business increase, but 15% and to not state that potential in the contract. They said they mailed me notification, but I never received it. If I had knowledge of this prior to signing a contract it might have steered me away. Their response - "Rental rates are subject to change, and we occasionally need to adjust them due to the rising costs associated with our services". In other words they "bait" you in with the "Online Offer/Introductory Offer" then in 6 months "switch" the rate to the actual amount, plus you will have a rate increase every year. I think they should be upfront with the customer about this, especially if you are on a budget. Just putting this out there for the next potential renter...I would have liked to know this.

Moved into my storage in the middle of October, 2015 and its now February 1, 2016. I was told the 10x20 unit would be $182 month and it is temperature controlled; this morning I wake to another email stating my rent was going up $10. I was furious! I was told the rate was locked in for a year and this is the second increase I have been given since I moved in! ARE YOU TELLING ME EVERY MONTH 1/2 I WILL HAVE AN INCREASE??? THIS COMPANY OFFERS NO ADDITIONAL AMENITIES; ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN AUSTIN AND ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! Do yourself a favor and find another place; I only rented here because it was down the street from my apartment complex and that is on me! I WILL BE MOVING MY STUFF OUT ASAP! YOU PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND GOD DAMN LIARS! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH YOUR MISLEADING PRACTICES AND LIES! Carolyn B.

I was able to reserve a 10 x 10 unit online during the night hours. I received a response by phone in the morning to confirm my reservation. Upon my arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff and shown the unit I would be renting. The premises were very clean and the dolly was in excellent shape (no sticking noisy wheels). The locks on the units are the slip in type thus making the unit more secure. I was very satisfied with my experience. The price was also less than other locations that I researched on the web.

Overall the easiest experience I had ever had while securing a storage unit. Compared them and Uhaul storage, and I couldnt be more happy that I selected this one! The Manager, Andrea Marshall, was absolutely fantastic with helping on getting everything squared away-from the paperwork to mattress covers. Very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a quality storage company.

Steve did an excellent job of greeting and walking me through your process! Not only attentive to my questions, he was patient as I asked, and cheerful when answering. We examined two different units to help me decide, then he clearly explained the contract creation as well as the options I needed. All in all, my customer service experience with Steve truly deserves the 5-stars above!

Fantastic storage facility! Always clean. I had an interior unit and the temperature control was right on, the elevator was top notch and there are always carts available to help you move . I never saw a bug. On top of the great facility, the owners and staff are wonderful. Some of the friendliest and most helpful people Ive ever dealt with. Thank you, Andrea!

Extra clean with the friendliest service! Andrea is the Store Manager whom goes out of her way to make sure you are welcomed. I needed a pallet for my unit and she noticed that there was one leftover from someone else about to throw it away. Andrea not only held it aside but also helped me get it to my storage unit... definitely going above and beyond!

I just rented the unit at this extra space location. Steve was really helpful and friendly. He gave me a personal tour. He lead me exactly to my unit, showed me how to use the cylinder keys and lock as well. The units are clean and convenient. Thanks Steve for making my crummy moving day much much nicer.

The facilities have been very accessible. My move in was hassle free and I got a great deal on my unit. The staff is really friendly and the facilities are very clean. The only thing I could ask for is 24 hour access, but Im sure my rent would be a little higher. Lol

The storage units are in a gated area and easy to get to. The managers here were extremely nice and were able to easily accommodate my needs. They even gave my brother $50 off his unit for referring me! Great service, thank you!
