The facility and employees are nice. We were there for almost a year and halfway through the year they raised our rates. After we decided to move out they had us sign a form to vacate the unit. Specifically asked what day we would be completely moved out and they checked the unit the day before we moved out and were still charged for the next month because of their mistake. They told us they couldnt refund us back right away and it would take 30-45 days to get our money back. I proceeded to call customer service, left a message and they never called me back. I called once again and they hung up on me. My husband called right after and had no problems getting a hold of someone. They were avoiding my call to have to deal with my situation. This is why I am giving them a bad rating. Terrible customer service! Wont and will never go back again!

They rout there calls to a call center and never return the call even after MANY attempts to contact them. This place offers horrific service. I did call and spoke with your manager. He stated that he would refund the charges to my credit card. After one month and still no refund I called the corporate office and left a message requesting a call back. After a week I called and left another message requesting a call back. After two weeks with no return call I emailed corporate and emailed them again a week later. No one has returned my calls or replied to a single email. Your company has total disregard for customer satisfaction. I have dealt with organizations like yours before but you top the cake.

I was traveling through to see family in San Antonio, I got turned around some how and needed directions. I stopped in at the US Storage in Floresville, TX and the lady working Ms. Loretta Todd, was so kind, helpful and pleasant! She got us back on track and going the right direction! She was so polite! I wish everyone acted like her, she takes pride in her job and her town! Thank you!

Michelle kicks ass! She helps so fast itll make your head spin, ooooooweeeeeeee she saves the day on a regular basis. Shes out doing ok this kinda stuff on the daily, for you, the fortunate murican. So take your commie ass down the road Karl, aint no times for Fords out here!
