Everything was great except if you found the unit online and reserved by yourself, theres a good chance you wont know that its REQUIRED to get insurance on your stuff. So the price online is AT LEAST $10 short of the price you will actually pay each month. Insurance on my things (and the insurance is for my stuff, not the unit) is a waste of time and money and just a way for the company to make more money. If the minimum cost of this insurance crap was anymore than $10 extra a month, I wouldnt have used this place.

LifeStorage made my move so much easier. I set up the reservation during a busy season. The rep was super helpful with getting me a unit in my area, then immediately after that call the local store manager was already calling me to confirm the reservation and to provide additional information. Unit was clean, large enough, and the code/lock situation was not complicated. Would definitely use again.
