If you buy storage auctions, BEWARE. This is the worst and most impersonal storage business I have ever visited, and I buy actions frequently, but the owner has the worst customer service ever. When I went to the facility to go pick up the stuff I bought from the auction, the gate was open and i didnt have to use any code, but when I tried to leave, I wasnt able to open the gate to exit because the code she gave me was incorrect. I tried calling her numerous times but no one came to help me. I called for four hours and sent about 10 texts with no reply, and no help. I got locked inside the unit until almost 10 oclock at night. I had to call the police to get some help. 5 days after this incidence, the owner never responded to the dozens of times I tried to contact her, to tell me anything concerning my dilemma. She also did not give me my deposit back, so I had to hound her even more to get that. I received it much later than the typical time a storage company gives back the deposit. Keep away from this business.

Good storage, but everything is automated and the staff are very apathetic. I did receive credit for a lock I purchased, but only if I kept renting the unit. Was given bad information about when I could properly empty my unit, and had to pay for an entire extra month because once the gate closed it would not accept my code until I called their main office and told them my issue, was told I would receive a prorated refund on the days that were not used and never received any communication or refund from them after numerous calls. The self automated kiosk is atrocious, and its supposedly 24 hour customer service line) would not even allow me to place a call. Would recommend only because it was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

As Brandon said, the staff is not very helpful. I have had many problems with this storage unit such as problems with payments and problems contacting any type of help. I do not recommend renting storages here, there are plenty others that are much better. If you want to do business with people and not machines, this is not the business to use.

I was looking for temporary storage for our boat and when I called the business number I was pleasantly greeted with great customer service! They have a kiosk that is easy to use to rent or pay your bill day or night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

To storage your place we paid $30 was a very good price all you have to do is buy you a lock and in and its a computer you pay the amount cash or Visa credit card you could go anytime day or night when you storage is the right place to go

CLEAN UNITS !!!! GREAT PRICE!!! All automated!! I work late and cant make it to places before they close. NO Problem. They have a Kiosk that you can rent a unit at.

Never, never, never do business with this place. I rented a space 3 months ago and I had problems with my payments in April. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
