Alright units, the locks on the doors to go into the climate controlled hallways dont work. The keypad to open the gate has also been broken for at least 4 months now. Also its always very warm in the climate controlled area. I dont think they have any concerns about fixing the broken or faulty equipment despite raising the prices this past year. Also when its time to pay theyre always closed from 12-2pm. Thats the only time most people can go pay. I understand they need to take a lunch but at least for the first week of the month they should have someone in the office for those times. It makes it incredibly frustrating to pay. Overall the units work as intended, but they need to fix the door locks, keypad entry, and climate. They also need to be in the office during lunch hours to take payments, for at least the first week of the month.

This place would be absolutely perfect if the locks to the storage units worked. Or if the climate controlled units were at least a comfortable 78 degrees and not a whopping 80 something. Or if the employees were around from 12-2 (the hours in which most people can actually leave work to go make payments) to receive payments. I mean, come on, even if you were around during those times for the first week of the month it would make a big difference. Not happy.

El gerente de ese lugar es muy buena persona. La semana pasada se nos quedo la camioneta en la calle en frente de su tienda. Le ayudo a mi marido a empujar la camioneta fuera de la calle. Cuando se dio cuenta que no teniamos ni un dolar para comprar gasolina el mismo fue a llenarnos una yoga. Si no fuera por el estuvieramos en la calor con mi hijo por mucho tiempo. Definitely not happy about a 2nd rate increase, especially since my unit is an odd shaped corner unit. It does not have the complete 80 square feet Im supposed to be paying for. Rubber seals on the bottom of doors need to be replaced as to much dust accumulates inside. Ive had this unit for over 8yrs (before it was Move-It) and never had issues with rate increases or dust. However, the staff is always helpful and courteous.

Friendly staff. Rental trucks on site make it very convenient to move. CLEAN. Well-maintained property. I have an air-conditioned unit and it was still a great price. You can set up automatic payment through their website which is a big plus for me. Keypad entry on front gate and on entry to storage building. They even gave me a free lock for the unit. Would highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to help customers. The units are secure and My unit has insolation that has protected my property from heat. They give you four days after your payment is due to pay your bill with no additonal fees. Very Happy !
