To whom it may concern, Recently I had an experience at another place of business, outside of Move it Self Storage, & it was disappointing to say the least, as the attendant was impersonal and apathetic in his demeanor like he didnt even care. I was then reminded of my experience at Move it Self storage, how different. Specifically, I want to comment on three individuals Ive worked with in the last 4 years as a customer: Michael & Enrique @ 2101 Industrial Dr, McAllen. - & Diego Cazares who used to work at that location. All three have been very helpful and quick in our interactions. They gladly go beyond the call of duty to answer any questions, and their professionalism and enthusiasm in getting the job done makes all the difference in the world. If it wasnt for these guys, Id probably wouldve been doing business elsewhere. But how can I?..They know me by name! I believe the most valuable proposition in any firm are the people, w/out guys like Michael, Enrique, & Diego All that would be left is a slab of concrete with a bunch of little rooms. Thank you guys for making a difference, God Bless yall!

Just wanted to commend The Manager Michael and Asst. Manager Enrique. They have great customer skills and are very knowledgeable about the storage spaces and truck rentals. I went in to inquire about a 10 x 10. Michael showed me both climate control & a regular 10 x 10. He gave me all the information I needed about each saw the difference in each. He gave me the information about the insurance also. I rented a 10 x 10 climate control storage. Then I inquired about a truck rental. Michael showed me the sizes and He reserved one for me. Moving my things into storage went very smooth. I went in to inquire about items that are for sale in the office and Enrique assisted me. He was very helpful with my purchase. Im very happy that I chose Move It Self Storage and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you Michael & Enrique for all you help. -Dalinda Hernandez

Great location and very clean facilities! Michael, the manager, was very kind and helpful when I went to inquire about price and sizes. He was actually the reason why I chose this location after checking out 2 other ones. One drawback is that I was not aware that there is a code required to leave the storage, which I like because it tells me that it is definitely a secure facility. Nevertheless, not knowing that and because the pad is out of sight when you park in front of the gate, I spent some time there trying to leave the premises. It just didnt occurred to me. Maybe letting the customers know when they sign up would be helpful...at least to the inexperienced ones like me :) Other than that, I am extremely pleased with the service, facilities and location. Thank you!

I went to see about renting a unit yesterday and was very impressed and satisfied with the level of service. Enrique was the person who attended me. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and immediately asked how he could help. He took the time to explain everything with great detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. He showed me around the property and then the unit that would be mine. I was very satisfied with the level of security, the cleanliness of the property, and his friendliness. I felt very confident renting at this location by the time the tour was over. I was also very happy to hear this company takes internet payments which is a great convenience for me. Ive been a customer of this facility for storage for about a year now and, I must say I feel very secure storging here. The way this business takes care of their customers with reassuring security. This facilty provides top of the line security cameras that are visable to anyone and their gates require a code to go in and out of the storage making it harder for any one else to enter. In addition, the actual storage unit it self is very well insilated and very few dust has accumilated for the amount of time my belongings have been sitting there, I would truly recommand this self storage to anyone who apprciates and takes good care of their belongings.

My mother and I have been renting a storage unit in McAllen for about seven years. I had some billing issues with Another Closet, and I wouldnt have given them a very stellar review. But Ive been more satisfied since it changed to Move It Self Storage. The staff has been very courteous in the few times Ive gone inside the office, and immediately went out to look an issue we were having with our door, offering whatever extensive repairs that might be necessary. I even managed to decrease my monthly rent in accordance with Move Its current rates.

I have had my storage unit for a few months now and am very happy with it. It is just down the street from me so the location is very convenient. But most importantly is the facility is clean and well kept and I feel safe when going in. Every person that I have dealt with has been helpful and courteous. I have even checked into putting a building in my back yard but find the value coupled with the security of Move It Storage changes my mind. Thank You!

I had a great experience when I inquired about renting a storage unit. I was shown more than one size unit to see what might work for me. The procedures for entering and exiting through the gate were explained. They make sure your stored items are insured. You can either purchase insurance from Move It or take your household insurance policy to show you are covered. The staff I have dealt with have been courteous and very helpful.

Enrique knows what it means to provide Excellent Customer Service! I called to change my email address on the account so that the invoices will come to my work email address. Enrique stayed on the line with me to make sure it came through. He made it clear that his customers come first and wasnt afraid to take the time needed to get my request completed. Now talk about awesome Customer Service, let me tell you if a self storage unit is what you need this is the place to get it. Enrique Urueta the assistant manager is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always willing to go out of the way to help you out! They have great security and an ample variety of sizes of units. I am and continue to be a longstanding satisfied customer.

The property manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was courteous and willing to answer all of our questions. One drawback is that I was not really aware of the location.
