When my move out date came fast approaching, Move-it storage was the first place I found that was both affordable and convenient for me, both when it came to resources and logistics. I even rented my uHaul truck there, which seemed to be managed by the same team! The customer rep that helped me throughout the entire process, Richard, made the whole experience a lot less stressful for me. My only criticism is that on my move in date, when I had a minor issue and I went to the office to ask for assistance, there were about ten customers ahead of me waiting to be helped, and only Richard was manning the store. I would suggest management hires an extra hand for high-traffic days like that Saturday that I moved in, so customers arent waiting in an already stressful moving time and so there isnt so much pressure on the one employee working the store.

I have ben using this facility for 4+ years now. It was then North 10th Storage. I have since taken notice that Move It Self Storage has saturated the market not only in McAllen but in serveral of our neighboring valley towns. With the change came office renovations, a new sign, and a change in personnel to the North 10th location. Frankly, I miss the old North 10th Storage staff and their small town quaintness and charm. As for the new staff, I appreciate the electronic monthly reminder and the credit to my account for havng posted this review. By the way, the office looks rather nice!

I just moved back down to the valley from Corpus Christi. Both U-Haul stores in Corpus Christi and Down here in the valley where very quick and very cheap. When I Arrived to the U-Haul location on 10th street to return my truck Enrique from Move It self storage was very swift with his work, had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Enrique made it a very smooth, hassle free process, which is amazing just getting out of the Military and already having a raging headache. Very professional establishment.

I had a great experience when I went to Move It to rent a storage unit. Michael Chavez was very friendly and very helpful when I inquired about renting a storage unit. He took me to different units to compare the size of the units. Michael explained the insurance requirements and payments. He also explained the procedures for entering and exiting the premises. I would definitely recommend Move It to others.

Great location to store your products. Prices arent too bad, and they have different sizes for storage space available. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always ready to answer any concerns you may have. Love the different payment options that they offer. Save you a trip to the actual location if you prefer to pay online or over the phone.

After a half a day of phone calls comparing prices I landed here. Best prices in McAllen and very friendly service. You cant beat that! On 6/30/15 came back for an additional unit and had no problems whatsoever I was in and out in no time! Kmon!

Move it self storage at north 10th has a helpful staff. I had booked a 5x10 but quickly realized it would not fit my needs. The staff were able to upgrade me to a 10x10 for only 8 bucks a month more. Its a good deal for the location.
