I own an oilfield service that covers Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. We use a number of expensive electronic instruments that require temperature control storage. I have used many storage facilities over the past 15 years and I can tell you that by far Access Self Storage has been the best! From their friendly staff to their excellent facility. There is is one amazing incident I have to mention. While loading equipment for a well in Louisiana, and being in a hurry, I accidentally left a very valuable personal item along the wall beside our unit. After returning several weeks later and realizing it was missing, the office informed me that one of the maintenance staff had found it and turned it into the office! Without further details let me just say that was incredible and It speaks volumes about the people at Access! I could not recommend them enough! Thanks again to all of you, I love you guys! J.M. I am taking the time to do this because people usually take this time to write negative comments. I recently rented a unit at Access Self Storage . I cannot describe the excellent service I received. Julia was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She also helped me with other business I needed to conduct in the area . I ran into Julia at the grocery store and she made a point to acknowledge me and called me by name . I love this small town and small town atmosphere along with people with kindness . Hats off to a great company . I will refer friends here definitely !!

After learning our house was to close a 2 weeks earlier than expected. We had to find a storage unit and fast. After multiple calls to numerous storage facilities around New Braunfels I called Access Self Storage. Diane answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. I rented a unit for almost 8 months at half the cost of some of the other units I had found. The security was top notch and never had to worry about our items. The units were clean and kept well. The driveways were plenty big. If I ever need a unit again this will be my first and only phone call.

We needed a climate controlled storage unit while building. I contacted numerous locations in the New Braunfels area and was able to find the perfectly sized unit here. No problems at all during the rental time. Access is so easy from IH 35 and FM 306, unit was clean when moving in, and the and hallway is always clean. Never a problem with the temperature in the unit. I would recommend this storage unit hands down! I never worried about monthly payments as we set that to automatically occur. Awesome facility! Thank you so much!

I have been with Access Self Storage for a few years now and my mother has been with them for quite a few years prior, and I must say, this place is bar none the greatest storage facility that I have ever used. Just to show how great this place is, since I have been here, they have expanded twice, and the grounds here are spotless. I used Access Self Storage for nearly a year and the staff were always accommodating and very friendly and efficient. Paying my bill was easy and quick. Once, I forgot to pay my bill and they worked with me and waived the late fee. I called ahead and told them when I would not need the unit anymore and they took care of all the arrangements for closing my account. The unit was very clean and I always felt like my belongings were safe there. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We have a space for about 1 year. The facilities were clean, the grounds and area well kept. Staff was easy to work with and when I had a debit card change and my auto pay did not work, they called me to make sure everything was ok. The security was good, never felt uncomfortable when on property and my wife and daughter went several times by themselves and had no problems. It was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Access storage to friends and family.

I have been with this company for almost three years, and will never give my business to any one else, Julia the office manager is awesome! She will always work with you on anything you need. We have been very happy with Access Storage. We have rented a storage unit and covered parking for our Fifth Wheel. The climate controlled storage units are extremely clean and easily accessible. We love the covered parking! It is very easy to hook up or unhook our fifth wheel with plenty of room to maneuver both the truck and fifth wheel. 24/7 security is an added plus. We highly recommend Access Storage.

Moved down here from Illinois 3 years ago this July. Just moved out of my storage unit this past week. This establishment has been awesome for almost 3 years. Always clean outsides the buildings and inside the buildings. Office staff is always friendly and most of all I like the the fact that someone actually lives on the grounds. HIghly recommend and will use in the future if needed.

We have 6 units here and couldnt be happier! Because we stage homes, we need several units, and have used other facilities in the past. NONE compare to Access! Always immaculately clean. I like that the gate closes at 9, I think that contributes to how secure this storage facility is. Both the owners and employees are consistently professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I was at this facility for several years and had a very good experience. The staff is freindly and willing to help with questions and information and the facility is maintained very well and kept very clean. I would recommend access storage to anyone looking for short or long term storage needs. The location close to highway 35 was also a plus for me.
