"THIS COMPANY RATES AN A+++++ IN MY BOOK" I have been renting from them since Sept. of 2011 and I must say as long as I have been here I have no complaints. Stephanie & Dena are the most professional and helpful to each of their customers. They are a great team and seem to be able to keep things running smoothly. I rented a couple different sizes of the storage units and they were always well maintained. If there are any issues you can bet they will be addressed immediately & with satisfaction. Its nice to have a positive relationship with someone you rent from and I can honestly say George, Stephanie & Dena are a knock out team. I would highly recommend anyone considering renting from Lock Tight to grab the opportunity. You will not be dissapointed! Bambi, Executive Director with the RAPPS Program!!

The ladies in this office are very friendly and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Stephanie Skinner does a very good job with assisting her customers. Dena is the same way, always very friendly
