***UPDATE*** When I was able to talk to the manager, she was very helpful and made some special accommodations for us to be able to reach our storeroom at our convenience. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The facility here is clean, as I would expect for what they charge. However, I looked up on the website how late the gate is open an rushed to make it before that time. While the website very clearly said 10pm, I could not get in at 9:45. I am very disappointed. I can only hope that tomorrow, when I ask management about it, there is a better answer than what many people seem to have gotten, which was "oh they should really change that on the website."

The manager is rude. She would not honor the "first month free" when you order the storage unit online even though on the website it clearly stated that when you reserve online you got your first month free. "Oh we dont honor that, haha, they need to take that off the website" isnt a good reason. She talks down to you in her little manager voice "well in case you didnt notice". Excuse me lady.. you have lost your company a customer.
