I move from CO, in a 26 food truck with an auto carrier. They could not have been any nicer or more helpful. My unloading help, flaked out on me. Ben and his men, went above and beyond to give me names of movers who might help me unload. And I was able to retain one of their suggestions, and then the storage unit it, was too small, but, Vince or Vance along with Ben, who arranged for 2 larger units. Making a very long, hot day, end. No matter what question or problem, that I had come up, they met it with extreme politeness and helpful suggestions, all the while, keeping all their other customers needs met I have moved cross country several times, always had a good experience with Uhual, however in picking up the equipment in Laman, CO, where I had to go to Pueblo, CO, to pick up equipment with 48 hrs notice. Which upset me beyond compare, tor NEVER, NEVER use Uhaul Again! After the way these gentlemen helped me, that has changed. It is because of people like Ben and his employees, who Make Uhual amazing. Thank you everyone at Naco-Perrin, for everything. You all made a very diffuclose reason to move back to TX, a lot easer. Thank you, just does not seem like enough, but it is all I have. Thank you so much.

I took my car into u Haul to get some wiring done and they completely screwed up everything. The GM Evan with the person working on my car until he got a new porting phone call and decided to leave immediately. He left a worker there that had no idea what was going on in person only told me himself that he felt uncomfortable working on my car. I decided to bring my car back the next day in which with a huge mistake. They ended up drilling holes in my car the did not need to be there at the end of the day when I left three days later I realized that my running lights were not working. I called and talked to Travis who is the assistant manager there and he called Evans in which she called me back and told me that Evan would like to pull all the wires out of my car give me a refund and patch up my holes with aluminum tape. I am contacting the corporate office which quickly fixed everything and sent me to the location on San Pedro. Look to make a long story short if youre going to deal with u Haul at all go talk to Demingo on San Pedro. If you still decide to go to this location after reading this message, then go for it. But... I told you so ;)

Joshua Wilson is the man! My wife and I bought a house, and decided to use this U-haul location. Ive used it in the past for moving to a different apartment, and was unimpressed. But a lot has changed (including staff since a few years ago). It would be impossible to have received better customer service than what Joshua provided. Quick, extremely helpful and completely thorough. We both appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us with every detail. We will recommend this location to our friends for sure.

I often come to this location to pick up a trailer and the occasional truck. The equipment is okay in that it works and it is ready when you arrive to pick it up. I would like to caution anyone looking for happy-to-see-you customer service to not expect it here. I mean no one is evil or rude but every time Ive gone in, everybody seems distracted and apathetic. So theres that.

Getting in and out of there is not easy, busy road and very steep drive way. Staff is friendly enough. No major issues either time Ive been there though the trucks are very old and not in the best condition. I opted to pay them for gas since my 26 foot truck was just way too difficult to handle in tight places.

This Uhaul location is awesome! Ben the manager is amazing and his entire staff is great. Ive been a customer off and on 5 years. Ben makes sure everyone gets what they need. The location is always clean, good lighting, and I feel my belongings are safe. Kudos to this location/staff!!

Products are great, have used a van and trailer and they both were working well. Priced fairly cheap IMO. Staff isnt very uppity or extra friendly, but they have never been rude. Will be using this store for future moves, and moving merchandise

Boxes boxes and more boxes! I went to two other U-Hauls looking for "sport" boxes. Found them at this location along with almost every size imaginable. Friendly and helpful staff and even offered to help load into vehicle.

Im giving 3 stars but being generous with 4. Customer service is really good, store is always clean, prices beat their competitors. However the parking lot is my problem, but no lot holes which is ok. I recommend this place
