Weve stored our travel trailer at LockAway Storage at 3009 & FM 78 for several years and have always been very impressed with the friendly staff and clean and secure facility!! Recently, we purchased a much larger camper and "Big" Henry was very helpful and friendly when I called to discuss transferring our parking space, making sure that we would be able to find just the right space for our new camper. Austin and Alexis were fantastic when I later visited the office in person to fill out the paperwork!! Together, they assisted myself and several other customers quickly and calmly although the office was about to close for the day. Austin was incredibly helpful when providing information about the transfer - thanks so much for the AWESOME parking space!! I love that this location is so detailed that they can describe each of the available spaces and even mention the full price including tax so that there arent any surprises when someone receives their bill!! Big Henry and Patrick helped me so much! I was at a different location in Schertz trying to put my very large RV at the same place as my storage unit and the RV just would not fit. When I called the 3009xFM78 location no one answered at first but Big Henry called me back almost immediately. That was a great first impression. To keep it short, he took care of the admin stuff and they even opened the gate for me when I got my RV there. Patrick stayed with me to guide me into my spot which was a huge help. They even opened the gate for me on my way out without me even having to call! These guys made such a rough day so much easier and better. I really appreciate good service and its even better when it comes on a bad day. Thanks a ton to Big Henry and Patrick for really taking care of me and being genuinely good dudes! Ill definitely be throwing your names and Lockaway Storage around the base letting everyone know how awesome you were.

I have to say that Austin and Big Henry are quite the team!! Austin is very well versed on the operations of the business, unit prices, type of clientele and all the applicable rules one should follow for trouble-free storage for yourself and others renting spaces at 3009. I had called around for special deals but all others offering deals were no where near my house and the units were much smaller than what I needed. Big Henry and Austin welcomed me with open arms and made me laugh, which is always something a person can use during the stressful times of moving. They put me at ease and reassured me I would be pleased with my decision to rent a unit at 3009...only thing I need now is for Big Henry to share some of those tacos Austin brings in for him. Like I said, these guys are a great team; professional, knowledgeable, caring and funny as heck!!! Thanks for all you guys do to make moving a better experience for everyone!

THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN TEXAS I recently purchased a motorhome, I was stressing finding a good, reliable storage facility near my home and work. After conducting a wide search of the area between the Southeast side of San Antonio to Randolph JBSA I stumble across Lockaway Storage and Big Henry. The folks were nothing short of OUTSTANDING, they welcome me with a strong customer service mentality. They made my decision to go with Lockaway Storage very quickly because of hospitality, friendliness that began over the phone to the site. The Security, and cleanliness of the facility was first rate, the site is growing in size to meet the need of the community I cant wait to move into a covered slot. Big Henry and his folks are doing a bang up job, I walked away feeling my 90K motorhome will be safe in their hands. THANK YOU LOCKAWAY STORAGE & BIG Henry team.

Henry with Lockaway Storage was a tremendous asset in ensuring that our cross country move had zero hiccups. Most companies tout "service" and try and nickel and dime you as you try to reserve a storage unit. I would know from experience that after contacting four local facilities that Henry will stop at nothing to ensure you feel confident that you are making the best decision for your storage needs. Professional and courteous doesnt even begin to describe the way that Henry took the time and patience to hear out my difficult situation. When all other said "no" Henry said "we can do" and continued to do better. This is my first Google review, and let me tell you this: Youd be remiss to not call Lockaway Storage - 3009 before attempting to with any of the competitors. Dont say I told you so!

Enthusiastically recommend Lockaway Storage on 3009 & FM78. We looked at 10 options in person and more online for a spot to park our travel trailer securely. Lockaway has a huge open air parking area, wide lanes with parking on both sides and lots of room to back in. We are rookies and had no problem. The facility is secure, clean, and we feel confident that our RV is Locked Away! There is covered RV parking as well but we were only looking for open air. Additionally, the staff is FANTASTIC! Patrick took us around to show us the layout and pick out a spot. He answered all our questions and is so personable. He made us feel very welcome and confident in the service provided. Good facility, great staff, excellent pricing - telling all my friends.

The people at Lockaway Storage are very nice and answer all your questions. Austin and Alexis helped me get my storage unit and they helped me through the whole process. I would definately ask Austin and Alexis to help you. Also when i call on the phone the manager Henry is funny and very nice on the phone he explains things well and is comfortable to talk to. Lastly i like how they give you at least a week to pay for the months due so that way you can scramble up money for a few days. They are great.
