I am amazed that this location is still in operation. When it was Switzers they were very friendly, provided a truck free-of-charge for you to move your things in, and if you wanted auto-debit for your payment it was easy, seemless, and reliable. One of the biggest selling features of Switzers was that all units had alarms included in the cost. When they sold to Public Storage, PS disabled/removed the alarms, got rid of the complementary moving truck, went UP on the rates, changed their financial account-debit system so that if your bank (for whatever reason) has a hiccup during the payment, you have to go in (you cant call) to manually make the payment in person, AND (heres the clencher), YOU HAVE TO SETUP YOUR AUTO-DRAFT ALL OVER AGAIN........Really??.....Seriously??........I havent even mentioned the rudest district manager Ive ever come in contact with. Weve had multiple storage units there (With Switzers) since 2005 but were moving as soon as possible. For some reason, the friendliness and customer service wasnt included in the sale. Too bad.

The very worst customer service. Public Storage bought out this storage facility. One time only someone answered the phone, refused to take my payment, and gave me my account number. But this number is not in there online system so I cannot pay my bill online. And now no one answers the phone. Now no one returns calls when a message is left on voice mail. Once I did reach someone at Public Storage payments who advised me it costs $20.00 for a phone payment and refused my payment because I could not supply an old drivers license number. (I had moved to another state two years ago and have a different drivers license.) After locating the old license I called back and reached someone and verified my account number and email address. But today its still not in the system and I still cannot pay the bill online. I have tried several Public Storage telephone numbers but it is impossible to reach a person.

Extremely bad experience here, signed up online and came in to purchase the unit. No one was in the office, after 20 minutes and multiple failed attempts to contact the office we called customer service to get a hold of them, which eventually had the district manager involved only to learn later that the number given was not the district managers. Awful awful service. Use anyone else.

I recently visited this property in Moore & was very surprised at how reasonably priced the storage units are there. Also the woman in the front office whos name is Tiffany was very sweet & willing to show me around the units. She was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions I had for her. I look forward to doing business with yall very soon.

Just moved into this storage facility. Tiffany, the property manager, was very nice and very helpful. I chose a 10X20 unit. The unit was very clean and very easy to access. The only thing that I would like to see changed is either longer access times or 24hr. access. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
