I am posting on behalf of my sister, who does not have Google +. She writes: I hadnt read the one other review of this place before I went in. I needed a storage unit quickly because of a problem in my apartment with bed bugs. I only need it for about 3 weeks. I was quoted just under $45 a month for non-climate-controled 5x5 unit (the smallest they offer). The lady at the desk was friendly enough, but waited till AFTER Id filled out all the paperwork to tell me Id really need to pay around $85 (that does include my purchase of a $5 lock) because they charge prorated for the current month (12 days) and pre-charge for the next month. Then, unless Im out before October 1, I cant get ANY amount back that Id paid for the whole month of October. When I rented at U-HAUL I was much happier and they even worked with me and gave me a discount. The no-prorated-money-back policy is incredibly stupid and Im sorry I fell for their stupid ploy of waiting till the paperwork was all signed. They dont offer any kind of insurance, either, so BEWARE. After this experience, I guarantee I will not be returning.

Steve, the manager at the Norman location went above and beyond. I am a disabled veteran, and I wear leg braces to help me walk as I was paralyzed from the knees down for 3 years. Steve not only gave me a ride from the office to my new storage room, he helped me move some boxes out of my hotel and then when we were done, his wife gave me a ride all the way across town. Oh and the free gourmet coffee was the icing on the cake. Upon my return the following day his assistant helped me print off a form I desperately needed for housing for my wife my son and I. Thanks just isnt enough

I love this place! Clean units, friendly helpful staff, and great rates. The best part, NO SPIDERS. Ive had a problem with multiple storage facilities, and just accepted it as an Oklahoma thing, with no real solution. I have yet to see a bug in my unit. I would gladly recommend this place to any friends or family.

This is a great place to store your stuff. The staff is very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me in a time if desperate need! I had not rented a storage in a few years, so I will say that the prices seem to have gone up and are a little pricey, however, other than that, everything was wonderful!

Steve was great, I was there only for a couple of day to help my son and WOW what a nice facility and great customer service. Steve went above and beyond to help me accomplish all I needed to do with the moving and storage. Cant say enough this is the sort of person i like to do business with.
