Please do not take your children here! Since the new ownership a lot has changed, but today something happened that I never imagined. My son is four and has been going to Primrose for over two years. For the past several weeks he had been having some behavioral issues at school. We were called into a meeting with his teacher and the director. A plan was set in place to work together on his behavior. Two days later I had a conference with his teacher. She told me that he had been improving. That was last Thursday. Today, Monday, I received a phone call at 10:30am to pick up my son, that today would be his last day at Primrose. My son had been throwing Legos across the room after being asked to change rotation. He was obviously throwing a fit. When he would not calm down and was trying to be restrained, he started hitting and kicking. The director then restrained him by placing him in her lap and restraining his arms and legs. He then bit her. After picking him up, I contacted DFPS Child Care Licensing, where I learned that this type and any type of restraint is not allowed. Not only did they violate child care rules, but they left a single working mom without childcare with no warning at all. I realize that my child had behavior issues at this school (for a couple of weeks), but their actions are horrible.

We are so incredibly grateful to Primrose School of Bee Cave for their professional, attentive and nurturing approach. They have a genuine passion for the development of our children. I had to take my then 9 months old off his last daycare and felt I may not get the level of care I was looking for. After visiting Primrose School of Bee and Caves director and staff I knew this was the right fit. I love to be able to communicate so easily and openly with everybody there. I can easily have a friendly conversation, ask for advice on developmental issues with any of the teachers or the director. I particularly appreciate the fact that they do not try to "sugar coat" things if my child has had a bag day. Most importantly my little guy is thriving and as a parent, what more can you ask for.

We have our 14 month old son in Primrose and we could not be happier! He is very well taken care of and they take the time to send us an email summary of his eating, sleeping and playing habits everyday including a photo taken on that day. It is wonderful to get these updates each day and the staff is so happy and friendly every time we pick him up. We could not be any happier and highly recommend Primrose School of Bee Cave.

My child has been attending this school since we moved to this area in May and we could not be happier. The teachers and administration have all been wonderful and my child has been so happy and engaged in her class. She loves the other students and the activities that the teachers do with them each day. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a toddler, preschool or pre-K program for their child.

It has absolutely everything we were seeking in a Pre-K program. While walking to our car after the tour of the Primrose Bee Cave facility, we decided to go back in and enroll her as soon as possible. There was no reason for us to wait when we were already completely satisfied with the programs and environment offered by your school.
