Friday April 7th was our Sons last day at Brilliant Starts Learning Academy located at 2101 FM1101 in New Braunfels, Texas I witnessed the owner verbally abusing / expressing extreme intimidation towards a small child that couldnt have been more than 5 years old. I stepped in after about 3 minutes and told him that he did not need to speak to a child like that. Their response was, "if you dont like it, you can remove your child". I have, and I have also filed an official report with the Texas child protection agency. I will continue to fight this school until the owner is held accountable for his actions. Until there is an advocate for the other children in this school, or the school is shut down. No child needs to be bullied by the adult that is supposed to be there to protect them. I advise all parents to spread the word to anyone looking to select this learning academy for their child. This is not an issue with the teachers or staff, this is an issue directly with the owners.

This is a great daycare! Ive been taking my daughter here since she was 4 months old. Shes now 19 months and is really learning a lot there. My daughter is now in the Butterfly Room, and I have to say that all of her past teachers, have truly loved Kayden. If I felt that they didnt or did not trust her in their hands-she would not be there. Every teacher and staff member is amazing. They are all very considerate and caring for ALL of the children.
