Rude, impatient, angry, bitter women works there. Today was the first time and the LAST TIME I will bring my daughter (20 months old) to this place. The lady who was there, I didnt catch her name, but I believe she is in the photos. From the very second I walked in she seemed to just about rush me through the door. She was impatient as hell. She didnt explain the rules or when lunch time is. I actually was interested in the Mother Day Out Program, but since she was so impatient and flat out rude, I didnt bother to ask. She clearly didnt want to deal with me. So I paid the registration fee plus lunch ($34) and went about my day. When I returned (about 2pm), I looked to the window to see how things were going before I walked in and I see that lady rocking my daughter to sleep. I thought "awe thats nice", so I gentle tapped on the glass to let her know I was here. She looked at me with a pissed off face and shook her head "no". Not sure what she meant I just stood there completely confused. So that made her even more mad and she stood up very fast and basically threw my daughter around in her arms. WTF IS WITH YOUR AGGRESSION?! So I walked in and she almost tossed my crying daughter in my arms and explains "this is nap time and we dont allow drop/pick ups during this time blah blah!". If she told me the rules then I would have waited till nap time was over! I just hand her my card and try to console my very upset daughter. she swipes my card and grabs our stuff. She doesnt bother to tell me how her day was, any diaper changes, or how she handled lunch. She is beyond rude. I get my daughter into my car then realize I left her coat. So I walk back inside and that lady gives a big sigh of grief and says "what" very rudely then she caught herself in her own fit and corrected it. she hands me the coat and says "sorry blah blah". I honestly didnt care. I wish I could get a refund.

My son has only attended PlayToday for about 4 months, but the owner, employees, and the environment has made us feel like we have been a part of the PlayToday family for years! I feel like I cant say enough about our amazing experience. As first time parents and our first daycare experience, I can honestly say the bar has been set high. PlayToday can be very convenient for working or stay at home parents. They are a drop in daycare that offers a Mothers Day out program, which is really nice. Most importantly, my son loves this place and adores the staff. Overall, my son gets a great curriculum in the MDO program, consistent redirection (my son is a typical 2 year old wild little boy LOL), and LOTS of TLC from Mrs. Christy, Ms. Pricilla, and Mrs. Stacy. My family will use PlayToday as a drop-in daycare even after we decide to go to a full time pre-school...and when we decide to extend our family!

My son has been in the Mothers Day Out program at PlayToday for almost three years now and he loves it! All of the teachers and assistants are attentive, patient and professional at all times. I have even received courteous counsel (when asked) about potty training and behavioral management from Christy the director. I value her professional opinion and am grateful for her gentle and kindhearted guidance. The Christian based curriculum I feel is carefully considered and very creative. I am at complete ease when my son is there because I know he is learning and having fun at the same time in a loving and positive environment.Thank you PlayToday for making my son and I feel like we are right at home!

They have been taking care of my daughter for around a year now and I have absolutely no complaints! When I pick my daughter up she is always overly excited telling me about crafts and the activities that they have done that day. Her manners have improved tremendously since going and she makes time to pray now, which was a chore in itself before! I would recommend this daycare for everyone who has kids, and the staff is always so polite and caring when I drop or pick up my daughter.

What a convenience knowing that my child will be in good hands if I need a few hours. This drop in day care is a life saver. Christy is amazing, and always makes sure the kids are playing well together, Ive noticed that she teaches great behavior habits to the kids. I would recommend this place to any parent! Always clean and a welcoming environment.

My huusband and I have been so pleased with Play Today Schertz. The staff is great and very helpful. The rates are fair and my children have such a wonderful time. My husband and I use Play Today for the occasional date night and we always know our children are going to have a fun time while we are out. I would reccommend Play Today-Schertz to anyone!

My 4 year old son has been going there since January and absolutely loves it! They always have fun things to do and even surprise treats from time to time. I love that they teach from the Bible in ways they can understand. My son has learned to write his name and is much better at recognizing numbers and letters since he started.

Initially, I little hesitant to leave my 1 1/2 year old with strangers for a few hours while I ran errands. But my little man warmed up to the place and the friendly staff. HEB, Costco, going to the bank alone knowing my toddler is in good hands, oh-so worth it!

Wonderful staff, a great place for kids to go!! My son struggled with separation issues and they were amazing, now he loves it.
