I went to get a haircut and they completely messed my hair up I went back to get a refund and they talked me into letting them fix it turned out even worse with no hair left to cut. The manager claimed they are not allowed to give refunds . save yourself the tears go somewhere else.

My daughter asked for lighter looking color has chocolate brown color walked out looking like a pumpkin is highly upset was told it will even out when completely dry. Will go to Ulta instead to fix.

I went in and simply asked for brown hair with light blond highlights. After 2 times returning and my scalp in pain I ended up with red hair and bright orange highlights!! Hated It!!
