I hadnt gotten my hair cut in a year and a half because I didnt trust anyone with my hair but, after reading the reviews and finding that my split ends had split ends, I decided to take the plunge and leave my hair in a new persons hands and I am so glad I did! I was greeted at the door by Tommy who took my back for my deep conditioning treatment (my hair was in really bad shape) and he made me feel so comfortable with his outgoing and warm personality. Once that was done his wonderful counterpart sat me down for my haircut. I was so nervous that I was going to end up with my long hair cut to my shoulders. I asked for my split ends to be cut and to add in a few long layers. I had never had a razor cut before but she is such a pro! She whipped through my thick hair with ease, let me keep a lot of my length, added in the perfect amount of long layers and I left with the perfect haircut for a fraction of the cost I had been paying at my previous salon! I am one of those people that finds someone to do my hair and stays loyal to that salon until they close or I move and I have found a new place to trust with my hair! I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I recommend Tommy for your next haircut. They do have a 1st-timers special for 50% off of their standard rate. Check their website for rates. I was in the area and searching for a salon and am so glad i found this place. When you get there, ask specifically for Tommy. You will be glad. Or, i recommend that you call ahead. He is knowledgeable, humorous, and got a gift of making you look more attractive than you were when you went in. I have to say this guy went beyond my expectations. He made my hairstyle even better than what i was expecting to get for myself. Half way through the cut, i was already telling myself, "oh w0W, look at me in the mirror..!" ..... I will write a more detailed review after my 2nd visit. Thats whats going to decide if this is going to be my "permanent hair place or not. ..... Im very picky when comes about hair stylist. I been living in Lewisville for a year now. My husband and I have tried three different hair stylists including a very fancy one in Higland Village. Last Saturday, I was surfing the net looking for another hair stylist to go to. I found Tommy Salon and by reading these reviews we decided to give it a try. That was a very good decision. Tommy cut my husbands hair and mine too. We both are so pleased with the style. Tommy did an excellent job. Really very high quality,great technique. Even better than many others fancy ones I tried before. Besides, the prices are fare. He sees you and knows what looks good on you. 100% recommendable. A plus is that Tommy is very fun to talk with. If you are looking for a new hair stylist Do not hesitate, go with Tommy. You wont regreat it.

I lived in Lewisville for two and a half years and was lucky enough to be referred to Tommoy by a friend. He does an excellent job everytime, and he makes the visit fun and not just another mundane visit to the salon. He also really makes the experience personal as well. He introduced me to the razor cut and now I cant have my hair cut any other way or by anyone else. I currently live in downtown Dallas, but continue to drive to Lewisville to see Tommy to get my hair cut...and I will continue to do so for as long as the Greatness of Tommy is around!!

Had my hair done by the lovely Evelyn at Tommys Hair Salon. I am a stay-at-home mama of 4 with NO time to fix my hair. Evelyn thinned, layered and cut my hair in such a way that my curls and waves showcase naturally, and all I have to do is shower and comb through. I love the way it ends up air drying without using any products! She rocks! Tommy was a crack-up for conversation while she styled away. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a local stylist. Also, first time customers get their cut for half price! Yay!!!

I have been getting my hair cut by Tommy for years now! He has always done an exceptional job and constantly provides quality work. He makes people feel comfortable to sit down in his chair and he is always very respectful to all his customers. He has a shining personality that not many hair stylists even have! Once Tommy cut my hair, he became my stylist forever! I dont see myself going to anyone else ever again! I would recommend anyone in the DFW area getting a hair cut by Tommy! Im sure your experience will be great!

Ive been going to Tommy for 6 years and Ive never had a bad haircut. In fact, I took my 8 year old today and he said very frankly, "Dad, Mr. Tommy has never cut my skin". When I asked him what that meant he explained that whenever he goes to any chain hair cut place, the stylists are so inexperienced that they always give him a little nick. Tommy is a professional and has a great attitude. I recommend him to everyone!

I absolutely loved Tommy!!!! He is the most adorable man ever! He is great at what he does and could probably do anything he wanted to but, he has a passion for cutting hair. Do not let the location or shop fool you - this place is a diamond in the rough. And if you are like me and want a good A+ haircut for not alot of money - GO HERE! He is so nice and if you have kids - he is soooo good with kids!!!

Tommy is absolutely amazing! He is exceptional at not only the haircut, he provides a hilarious environment that makes you want to come back. I am a 1st time customer that will return for as long as I live in the area. A+ He even trimmed my eyebrows, nose hair and cleaned up my chin hair with precision. Tommy has the best technique and the best attitude Ive encountered at any salon. He is so confident at what he does and always displays genuine enjoyment in his work. It took my last stylist over an hour and five different cutting tools to style my hair the way I like it. It takes Tommy one tool and only ten minutes! Tommys is a must for quick, affordable, fun, amazing haircuts!

Tommy cut my hair and he did such a wonderful job. We talked prior to the cut about what my ideas were and he was quick to pick up on my vision, and add a few cool suggestions along the way . I like the way it can be worn straight or curly as I have curly hair. Tommy gave me a really good shampoo prior to my hair do. Tommy and his salon is Highly recommended on my list.

Tommy is the best! Its been almost two weeks since he cut my hair and it looks great. He gave me what he called the lazy haircut. He took away all the thickness, shaped my hair appropriately with my face and most of all its been easy to maintain. Go to Tommys Hair Salon. Make an appointment to make sure hes there. Hes awesome. You wont be disappointed.
