Girl was nice, but that was about it... She didnt seem confident in what she was doing... she kept questioning everything I asked her to do in response to her questions... and then it ended up... not so nice. Go to the location in Lewisville instead. Have gone there plenty of times and they always give great haircuts. This location... ehh... I didnt even ask for anything complicated! I asked for 3 on the sides, 4 on top... pretty simple, no? Yeah... my friend noticed that it looked odd in the back... I didnt even have to look at it but I could just tell by the way she was cutting it that it was not going to be too pretty. Avoid for now...

took my kids yesterday - 6 yo girl and 8 yo boy. nothing fancy...pretty straight forward. didnt even wet my daughters hair before cutting. She styled it nicely but only cut about 1/2 inch of the dead ends off. My sons hair is a mess. It was just over grown before and need to be retouched. It is a mess now. It looks like someone went over it with a lawn mower. Id go back to have it fixed but am afraid of what theyd do. DO NOT GO HERE.

They burnt my hair. Now I have heat damage. Will never go back there again.
