Nice and pleasant experience with very nice people, if there is one thing that I was a bit disappointed about. It was that I was supposed to get a manicure but when I came to get a manicure I was told there was not enough time to do acrylic nails(at the time I had acrylic nails that needed to be filled) so I was not able to get my nails done but I wasnt too upset because I didnt have to pay the expense of the manicure that they were unable to do in the amount of time I had in the salon....I just wish I was informed before I scheduled the mani and pedi. I was also a bit dissatisfied when the lady who told me that she was not going to be able to do my nails, was struggling at painting designs on my big toes. She repeatedly removed the polish on my toes and I finally just suggested to her that a sparkly top coat would suffice at that point. I realized that she was simply just going to try to replicate the nail designs I showed her on my phone, so I tried to pick a simplistic and not too liberate design that I thought would make up for the manicure and kill the time I had not spent on the manicure.Turns out that it actually killed too much time because she was struggling and my friend who was still getting her natural nails painted finished her pedicure well after me and had to sit for a bit for mine to be finished. But other than that my hair stylist and massage therapist were amazing I walked out very pleased with my hair color, and unfortunately no manicure as expected and nail polish on my toes that chipped off the night of.

My first time at Daireds was an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I called Daireds and Reyna picked up the phone and was very helpful, she told me that they didnt accept walk-ins and that the hair dresser that I was recommended to was busy until next week but she was kind enough to recommend someone for me with the same level of experience and hair-cut styling technique. I scheduled my appointment for that day. I walked into Daireds and I was greeted quickly. I was asked to complete a new client form and to wait for Ashley who was my hair dresser. I was really nervous, I have had not very good experiences in the past with hair cuts. Needless to say, Ashley did great! she greeted me quickly didnt have me waiting for her for minutes or hours on end. She was very friendly and asked questions about my hair, what I was looking for, how I style it normally, everything. Then she gave me an amazing scalp massage before my shampoo and it was great. She then cut my hair to perfection and styled it, she even took the time to teach me how to curl my hair with a flat iron. The process didnt feel rush, she really took her time, making sure my hair was even, that it had enough volume without being too much hair (I have thick, wavy hair and I appreciate a good thinning). Anyways, I am glad to have had Ashley do my hair, I love my short hair now more than ever. Thank you Ashley!

It was my first time at daireds and I made my appointment to get ombré done. After speaking to the stylist we both agreed it was not going to be exactly what I wanted due to previous colors. But just a darker brown to light brown on bottom. That sure didnt happen. It came out yellow brassy ugliest color ever. I was not happy but after being there for 3 hours I just wanted to leave. Total was over 200$ for something I hated. I told the lady in the front desk I was not happy and later in the afternoon a manager called and asked I come in to see what can be done to fix it. I did and went back in 2 days later to get it "fixed". They applied a brown on roots and a medium to cover the ugly brassy yellow. As she said it will wash off to a pretty light brown and give you the sombre look. I guess I was ok with that. After about 3 weeks now my hair is so ugly. The ends are back to brass color orange color. My roots are black! Worst experience ever! What makes me more mad is the first stylist just let me walk out the first time unsatisfied if I wouldnt have told the front desk lady. That would have been it. Total waste of money. I was so excited to get my hair done I was looking for a mommy makeover. I havent touched my hair in over a year. And I went to daireds thinking they were the best and come to find out I there not. It so frustrating!!!

Go at least once monthly for Brows with Faith. Never had a bad experience. From facials to brows and massages, cut and color. They have very different items up in the front store area, pricey but original. I have seen the owner, Daired, there repeatedly. Even during the fire repair and i had to go the temp collins location, he kept the best standards. I didnt ever go to the temp location on cooper, but it is no longer open since they are back under one roof. A couple of the younger girls are your typical snotty salon workers, but in general the older ladies are very professional. Any service i get there, i get compliments on. NOTE, they are not cheap, but are definantly worth it. get back into the spa area with the awesome atmosphere and professionalism and you wont regret it, i think.

Average Service. Ive been here a few times and its always hit and miss. Ive had excellent pedicures and then Ive had really mediocre pedicures. I got my bridal updo here and it was ok. I kept having to point out places to the stylist where my hair looked lopsided. Once I got a great haircut here and the other time it was horrible. The reason why I wont ever give it another try is that its overpriced and they booked me for an appointment that I never authorized. Then, when I missed the appointment (since I didnt even make it or know about it) they charged my debit card $50. I got the money back, but its the fact that this error was made. Id be willing to pay these prices if I could get consistent excellent service, but the work ethic doesnt seem very high here.

Today I tried this spa out for my birthday. I heard it was a nice place from a Co worker. Well nice is an understatement. This place is marvelous. From the moment I walked in the staff was polite. The robes could use an upgrade,but the changing room is great. Now to the massage Shawn has hands from heaven! My swedish massage was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going for a massage. They have other things that I would have love to try but when they say its best to book an appt that is the truth because they were definitely booked but they were definitely good with time management. I plan to go back in the future with an appt and try a coconut milk bath!!

Top 3 WORST haircuts I have every had. I called them several days afterward to express my displeasure. I was told the manager was not in that day but she would be contacting me the next day to "make things right". Its now been more than 2 weeks and still no call. If they schedule you with Siera tell them you want a different stylist. She is a very sweet girl, but she has no business cutting hair. I have long and short pieces all over my head. Its ridiculously horrible! Its much shorter than I asked for as well so there is no way to fix it at this point without it being even short!! Everytime I look in the mirror I get mad all over again. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE IF YOU LOOK TERRIBLE FOR MONTHS!
