Do NOT go to Fantastic Sams in Mansfield. They have HORRIBLE customer service & the "stylists" are inexperienced. Their stylists mess up haircuts so bad that the shop manager has to fix other "stylists" mess up. The shop manager, Jessica, doesnt keep her appointments or give a courtesy call to cancel the appointment despite the appointment being scheduled a month in advance & its written in the paper calendar. Very poor quality in all areas of this Fantastic Sams. The owners are ignorant to having quality service at their shop & they simply dont care. Avoid the stress & headache of their poor service. They are HORRIBLE, dont let them touch your hair.

Not very good, my wife went there for a hair cut, it was $20 then believed she was told that it would be $17 more for blow dry and styling, but afterwards found out it was $17 for just a blow dry... Kind of rediculous. However if my wife had only said a haircut the stylist would not have noticed all of her mistakes she made during the initial hair cut.... Id say be cautious... I wouldnt recommend them theyre add-on services are very over priced. My wife will be going back to her old stylist when she gets back to the metroplex more experienced, and my wife was happy with her haircut there. And better custimer service. She wont be going back.

Went in for a trim and bang cut... I was reasonably satisfied with the service. Hair wash was free, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I would be wary of asking for a blowdry (it hikes up the price from 18 to 28 dollars, a bit overpriced). Luckily I asked if the blowdry was extra and was able to opt out of it. I docked two stars for this and the $18 price, which did not match what is advertised on FB and is a little high for what I received. Otherwise, it was a relatively good experience here, if you want a basic womens cut.

Love this place! If your a guy definetly make an appointment because this is obviously the place women are going to get their hair colored! Without an appointment you might have to wait a little till they finish coloring hair. Stylist are awesome and very fast which is great when you dont want to sit in a salon all day. Manager is great and very attentive to customer needs. I never thought I would get such great service from a chain salon! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment today!

I take my son to get his hair cut here after I botched his, dont know how bc I cut mine all the time by myself, but I guess cutting your own and cutting somebody elses is two different things. Anyways, they are always professional and always do a good job on his hair. The staff does seem to be different everyone we go there though, so I cant count on having the same person cut his hair each time, but I guess thats how the hair cut industry is.

Never get your hair colored here. We had an appointment at noon and wasnt seen until 12:20. Then the stylist kept going back and forth between my daughter and another client. It is no wonder she botched my daughters hair color. It is 2:40 and I am still waiting for the stylist to finish my daughters hair which she is having to "fix"!

This is where my girl Melissa is now and the other people here are awesome too. Came from Burleson to get my hair done by her because she is the best. This place has an great atmosphere and super sweet staff. All these bad reviews are from a year or more ago and they have different people there. Wont go anywhere else.
