My husband and boys usually come here to get their haircuts ( we have been coming here 3 + yrs) but after the incident today we wont be going back. When the stylist Alex was done and we were paying my boys ages 6 & 7 asked for a dumdum lollipop like they usually do and its never been a problem they cost about 10 cents really. Well she proceeds to tell them that they cant have a lollipop because they didnt get haircuts & next time when they come and get haircuts they can have a lollipop. No other stylist has ever had a problem giving them a lollipop. They walked to the car crying. I am so upset right now just on the principle that good customer service should be for all the family not just the person getting a hair cut. Well we wont be going back and they lost not 1 but 3 customers over 2 dumdum lollipops. Ridiculous .

Shannon was the only person I let cut my hair but she is hardly ever there. Whats really annoying is when you call to make an appointment they always say call back in couple hours so they can see where they are with the schedules. Heck I thought that was the point in making an appointment so they could schedule it. Found new place to get haircut and its cheaper and better.

I went to get highlights in my hair which they messed up pretty bad. I had three different people trying to fix it and still not right. I was still charged $50. I spoke with Martina the next morning, to see if I can get a refund on my money and had a very bad attitude. She told me I had to wait to talk to a manager until she returned from vacation in 14 days.

Shannon is amazing! Shes my go to stylist when it comes to cutting my hair, super friendly and always does a great job, I highly recommend booking with her! I recently had an incident where I received a haircut that was a bit janky , went in the next day and Shannon fixed it right up! I learned my lesson!

Worst hair cut ever.Usually I have Shannon cut my hair but she wasnt in today so I had some one else cut it. Shannon pays attention to detail. The one today couldnt wait for me to get out of her chair.Ill go back but only Shannon cuts my hair.

I called and explained I was on a time constraint and they booked me for an appointment time they could not honor and after waiting for 10 min the manager came to explain how much longer I had to wait!
