After reading all the great reviews and trying a few other places which were disappointments, I took my husbands work clothes here. I told the young lady at the front that I hadnt been able to find a good dry cleaner and that I was hoping this would be the one. I told her that previous places werent actually cleaning the shirts and were leaving crushed/broken buttons on the shirts. She assured me everything would be fine. I came back the next day and while I should have checked the shirts there, I brought them home. I unpacked them and noticed that the still smelt exactly like my husband. I investigated a little deeper and not only were the STILL broken buttons, but there were stains, and some shirts were heavy starch, others were medium, and some didnt look like they had been starched at all! I was furious! I brought the clothes back in and let them know what the issues were the young man said the owner was on he way back from the plant (yes that means they dont actual launder onsite, but send the clothes off) and he would let him know. My husbands name is on the account and he called him to apologize, said he will fix everything and expedite the order for the next day, but didnt say a time. I came back in the next day about 4:00pm to pick up and they hadnt come back from the plant yet, and would be after 5:00pm. So much for "expedited." I told my husband and told him he is going to have to drive out their after work to get them. He arrived at 5:15pm and the owner was there personally fixing the buttons that had been broken and was finishing the folding. In the time he was waiting he told me that they gave the wrong wedding dress to a customer who luckily noticed in the parking lot and brought it right back in and couldnt find other customers items. My husband waited 30+ minutes and the owner STILL wasnt done with the 8 shirts. My husband was even more furious then me at this point and just said just give them all to me and I will fix them myself! Lets just politely say that we will never be going back and I highly recommend that you dont waste your time!! This was the WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had!

A first-class operation in all aspects: Customer service (David will likely greet you by name), professionalism, quality – all at a competitive price. -- -- p.s. I wrote the above review (previous sentence) off the top of my head in a Microsoft Outlook window for spell-check purposes. I just now pasted it here and noticed the other reviews before I clicked the “Publish review” button. There are obvious consistent opinions from this establishment’s customers. What a great place to do business with!

The kind of customer service and attention to detail you get from this place should really embarrass other service industry establishments. I have absolutely no notoriety, am not a deep-pocketed customer, had no previous relationship with the employees, and yet David and his team treat me like a VIP every time I walk in. Id add details, but who reads these reviews anyway? Bottom line, Starchies is worth my business, and worth yours, too.

Starchies is by far the best in Cedar Hill. I have been using them ever since they opened. The employees and owner are so nice and personal. I had not gone I know in over a year, and the owner remembered me the moment I walked in the door and greeted me like I had been coming every week. I live in the Oakcliff area and drive to Cedar Hill just to go to Starchies because of the comfort and family feeling each time I go.

You simply will not find a better dry cleaning service anywhere. I drove many miles out of my way because David ( the manager ) assured me over the phone that he would address some stained shirts with extra effort, and he most certainly did. Very impressive customer service... If you are looking for an outstanding dry cleaning service, go see David at Starchies. Their prices are great too!

They treat you really well i was just about unbuckle my little boy out of the car and one of the guys that worked there im thinking the owner went to my truck and helped me with my clothes!!! They are very nice loved that place!!!!!

Poor quality dry cleaning, clothes were poorly ironed. Quality does NOT justify the price. I could have done better with a low end iron from Walmart. First time, last time...they lost one.
