** Owner had a sign on the counter "Leave us a five star Google review and receive $20 discount", so keep that in mind as you read the reviews** Inquired about the sign offering $20 for a five star review. No problem they say. I pick up the cleaning and they say next time. Next time the sign is gone, so I know they are aware of my inquiry. No discount because "only the boss can do that". Boss calls me, plays dumb then agrees to "take care of it". Third time - same runaround. Ridiculous. No issues with dry cleaning itself other than they are the most expensive dry cleaner in Lewisville ($4.50/shirt & $5.25/pants). That and the owner/manager/the man bribes customers for a five star rating and then gives you a song and dance when it comes time to honor his advertising. The people behind the counter were always super nice - its the owner/manager or the man or whoever runs it who offers a bribe to get what he wants and then wont honor it. Ill never do business with this unscrupulous lying jackass again.

Absolutely great service at this dry cleaners. Ive been coming here for approximately 4yrs. My favorite person there is Mrs. Joy. I just love her warm welcoming spirit and smile. Have a Blessed 5

They have always done my cloths just as I asked. And did very heavy starch which I love. They are friendly and courteous all the time. And they text when my stuff is ready.
