The service here is TERRIBLE. I only went here because it was close to my house and I needed the zippers replaced in two dresses quickly. They quoted me $12 each, and then charged me $34 when I picked the dresses up. Like a dope, I took them home because I was in a hurry. One of the zippers hadnt even been replaced! They had removed it from the dress and "fixed it," then sewn it back in! It still didnt work, and the two sides of the zipper didnt match up! Not to mention, the zipper hadnt even been re-sewn all the way! One of the seams was still hanging loose. When I brought the dress back to the store to ask for a refund (I was moving the next day and couldnt wait for a TRULY new zipper to be put in), the woman refused. She told me the zipper WAS new, and that there was no way to make the two sides match up. How did they match up before, then? And how did a new zipper match the color of the dress perfectly (a unique teal color), and already have paint missing!? I will NEVER go here again. They overcharge and dont do a good job, anyway. The zipper in the other dress was new, but it was grossly oversized and makes the dress look awkward. Dont trust these people with your clothes.

I have been using Texas Cleaners for 15 years and NEVER had a problem. My familys clothes look great and smell great. The owner has known my name since the second time I walked in. She is amazing! Back in the day when we all wore business suits, she would pain-stakingly wrap all of my decorative buttons on my suits with foil so they would not be damaged in the dry cleaning process. She always gets any stains out and is just great to work with. Her prices are wonderful. I give Texas Cleaners 5 stars out of 5!!!
