I have been going to this cleaners for about three years. Within the last year their customer services has gone down hill. The last time I ever went to them, they treated me terrible. I dropped my jeans off on a Tuesday morning to get altered. They said they would be ready at 5PM on Thursday. I go in at 5PM on Thursday they say they are not ready, come back tomorrow. I go in 4PM on Friday the same guy tells me to come back in a hour they will be ready. He just needed to finish pressing them and hanging them on hanger. So I came back at 5PM. A girl tells me I need to come tomorrow. At this moment I am livid. I told the girl what the previous guy told me and she was like Umm He leaves at 430. She tells me to hold on and for the next 20 minutes I wait for them to find my jeans. They finally come walking up throwing them onto a hanger. Not one sorry, not one thank you. I will continue my business elsewhere and let others know how customer service is NOT this cleaners number one priority.

I left my all white down alternative comforter there to be cleaned. I had two stains one was sweet and sour sauce and the other was something dark red neither stain was larger than a quarter. When I went to pick it up Monday I checked it there and there was blue stuff all over it. They gave me a hard time and the girl said that the owner was not there. He was and he was very rude, I am picking it up again tomorrow and hopefully my comforter isnt ruined because its only a few weeks old. They dont want to have to replace it its over 100 for the comforter. I will never use this place again,

Every time I go to Millennium Cleaners, I either am turned away or I am given service at an overpriced rate. Last time that I settled for the overpriced rate, they did a horrible job cleaning my background (im a photographer). Now I deliberately go out of my way to another cleaner who always takes good care of me and is so much more affordable. If you are in the area, try Prince Cleaners. Im not sure what the ladys name is - but she WILL take care of you when others wont.

I brought in a suit that needed to be cleaned and to fix a hole.. I come back to pick it up and the hole was still there. I asked if they could give me a discount since they didnt do what I had asked right the first time, and they said no. As we are having this conversation the whole entire time she is giving the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She was extremely rude with a lot of attitude and was treating me like I was stupid.

Ive gone here for a number of years and Ive always gotten very good service. This has become my favorite dry cleaner, and I drive up here some distance just because the quality is so good. My clothes never smell bad -- odor free -- and the ironing/pressing work seems excellent. Im very happy with the prices, too -- I used to go to Bibbentuckers nearby before they closed and got similar quality, but the price at Millennium is better.

Just went to this location as a new customer. I was disappointed that there were no new customer discounts, but the only reason I decided not to use this cleaner is that the woman was so rude. When I told her that the prices in the cleaner were different than the ones online. She just smiled at me and said ok?, like I was ignorant. Terrible customer service. If employees are behaving this way, you will lose business.

Absolutely wonderful service and the staff and owner are so friendly. They become friends that you can trust with their job. Have never found another cleaners better than this! Cant think of a complaint. The store is even gorgeous and in a great location; I think they even received some national award for their design....Good stuff!!

Moved to Lewisville in June and fortunately found a great dry cleaning facility almost next door to my apartment. Have had nothing but great service from them. Everyone is always very cheerful and helpful when I go in.

Be prepared to pay at drop off (which i certainly have no issues with). Fast, good and friendly services. No gross dry cleaning odors either!
