HORRIBLE. Was treated horribly by the Dan, I do not know if he is the owner or manager. When asked to wait for a second he got a very threatening attitude and starting speaking very loudly while there were customers around. Obviously he did not care for customers around us or me. I tried to calm him down and he ignored anything I was saying. My manager is pregnant he still gave her attitude as well without any concern for her health or the health of her babies. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. He actually snapped his fingers fingers at me and ordered me around as if I was not worthy of anything, making me feel like complete trash. I can not believe that someone would ever treat anyone this way. One of the worst encounters of my life by far. I highly recommend that no one uses this man for anything, there are many more cleaners with a much better staff. And also recommend to the company to get rid of anyone as dangerous as he.

By far the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. Spotty / dirty laundry as a result of their process AND tore my shirt, REFUSED to make it right after I calmly and politely asked them to make it right and keep my business. This place does not want your business. Go elsewhere and maybe this place will clear out for a better shop.

Easily the Best Cleaners in Valley Ranch and Las Colinas. You will not find better quality unless you pay 10-12 dollars a shirt. They care about what they do and I have never gotten any clothes back that were not in perfect condition.
