I originally picked this cleaner because of the good reviews, but it was quite possibly the worst experience at a dry cleaner. The first items I brought included new (worn once) dress shirts. The cleaner stained the collar with a black stain on a white mens dress shirt. They waited for me to come in and pick up the shirt to tell me about it. They should have minimally called to inform about it so that I didnt have to come back twice if I wanted to allow the to correct their damage. There have to be better options with better customer service. I will not be going back here and will find another cleaner to try to remove the stain.
