DCSC Little Elm. Wow, what a fantastic place to call my cleaners. I am a frequent regular customer for the past 9 months now, I bring in clothes maybe two times a week, mostly laundered shirts, a couple of suits, and my wifes clothes. So far Ive had a pleasant experience with this cleaners. Pros: Superb Customer Service: There is always the same two gentlemen working everyday, they are consistent and I feel like they care about their customers. Small talk here and there, but most important, they will recognize you, know your preferences right off the bat, and sometimes theyll even have your clothes out and ready to pick up before you can even walk out the door! General Service: They offer same day service, which is great as long as its in the store by 9am, and theyll be done by 3-4pm. Everything is done in-house, its not shipped out somewhere to be done, everything is controlled there. The only thing that is sent off-house is their alterations, but I havent done any myself so I couldnt say to be exact. They also have a drive-thru which is really convenient. Honestly, its the drive thru that sold me in the first place. Expertise: These employees are experienced and very knowledgeable in fabric. They can sort and tell the differences in each garment without having to look at care tags. They know what would be best for your clothes, whether to launder or dry clean. They are also pretty damn good when it comes to stain removal. They removed some of the difficult stains for me, wine and ink for the most part. While not all stains can come out, I understand this, but theyll take the upmost care and effort to try anyways. Starch. I am a starch person, I love my jeans to be extra heavy, and they give me enough for them to stand up tall themselves. Other cleaners Ive been to, the starch doesnt stick well and theyll wrinkle up within hours of wear. Cons: Construction. I didnt realize how bad the construction on 423 was until I had moved here. 423 is a clusterf***, (excuse my language). The entrances to this location can be a pain in the butt to get to, and Im sure the business feels it everyday themselves. The road construction is slowly but surely improving, itll be a matter of time before it gets done, until then I hope this cleaners can survive. I really appreciate the work at this cleaners. I like the employees and I like the quality of clothes I receive back. Ive always had my guard up when it comes to dry cleaners (especially having clothes ruined by many of the cleaners in Little Elm) but so far nothings been a disaster. Ive had very few and minor issues here and there, but theyll easier fixable (mostly when my starch isnt extra heavy, but when it gets done correctly, I LOVE IT) I really hope construction doesnt kill this business and I continue to look forward to using this cleaners. Sorry for the long post, but I felt like I should have been detailed. Thank you Dry Clean Super Center - Little Elm! -V.V.

I have just moved to Little Elm area a few months ago, and I have been looking for a suitable dry cleaners for a while. I tried other cleaners nearby and my experiences with them dealt mostly with stinky clothes returned or missing items. Despite the wrong reviews for this certain cleaner, I believe each should have an equal opportunity. With that said, my first visit was a pleasant one. I was helped by a Ryan who got me set up accordingly and even provided me with an express bag. I had dropped 2 suits, a few dress shirts, and a few polos. He told me it would be done next day in the afternoon. I also inquired about same day service which they do provide. I came back the following day, I was greeted respectfully by a lady, she didnt have an issue finding me in the system, I was given my clothes back within a minute or 2. I quickly checked my clothes and as far as I know, they were in good condition freshly cleaned. I came back to the location, once again helped by Ryan, picked up the following day and I had an issue with one of my dress pants, which the zipper would not zip up. I brought back the pants in the morning to file a complaint. Another person Tony had helped me this time, listened to my complaint, took the pants and examined it himself. Realized that the zipper wasnt exactly damaged, yet it was caught on the lining of the pants. Took it into the office and brought it back to me fixed, and even had it pressed again to look nice. Ever since that moment, I felt like I can trust this cleaners with my clothes with customer service and quality that I appreciate. Now I have had some experiences where my clothes has had minor issues, but they do offer a free of charge redo service, and they usually note on the things that werent done. (i.e. starch, buttons) They will have my service, and I will recommend all my friends and family to this location. Thank you for your excellence DCSC-Little Elm!

I have been frequenting this cleaners for a year now. They have a quick turnover rate with same day service if you get it in by 9 AM and out by usually 3 PM. Ive never had a problem with their service, Ive had some minor problems with my clothes being in a different starch or stains not being cleared. Ive always brought it back to them and they would redo it free of charge and they would come back fine. The only issue Ive had was with Sid, who is now the previous owner of the store. Hes arrogant, snobby, and just plain difficult to handle. Would even lie to cover his ass. I found out recently that he sold the store to a Korean family with their son who currently runs it. Despite him being young, he actually knows what hes doing. Ive spoke with him often, hes a great kid. Hes willing to work with you if you had any problems. For example, last week I brought in 6 shirts to be laundered with heavy starch. They were done properly, however I was missing a total of 8 buttons between the shirts. He initially told me that policy disdains from buttons and I would have to pay for them, but after working things out, he said he would take care of them free of charge. You should also check out their alterations, the prices may seem pretty high, but the quality of the work that they give you is outstanding. Despite its takes a week to turnover and get it back, Id say its worth the wait. My work slacks feel like they are brand new again. (Ive had zippers replaced, and seams resewn) I see many old reviews for this cleaners. I would give it another try or have an honest opinion. Its under new management, and aside from small petty issues, I havent had a serious problem with them as the other reviews states. Keep an open mind, try them out, Im sure youll have a great experience with the new owners as I did. Its a pleasure and I will keep on coming here as my go-to cleaners in Little Elm!

Prior to using Dry Clean Super Center Of Little Elm I checked the reviews and noticed a mix of both good and bad. The bad review seemed more of a personal issue so I did not take it into account. My overall experience with this Dry Cleaner was absolutely terrible and I ended up having to take my clothing items to another dry cleaner at the last minute to ensure they were done properly. I dropped my uniforms off to be cleaned and pressed with the explicit directions to crease the sleeves and the patch on the sleeve down the middle. When I first came in to pick up my uniforms two days later they were not even creased; I was assured they would be creased if I left them there for another day, and this is by the manager and employee at the same time. When I came back a day later I inspected the crease and immediately noticed that the crease was barely visible, and was crooked(no where near the middle of the patch/uneven). On top of being crooked, the employee noticed even before I did that on one sleeve of each shirt the crease was in the correct position but on the other sleeve it was no where near correct. Once again I was assured that the uniforms were checked prior to being hung up for my arrival(obviously not). I asked if there was anything that could be done to compensate my wasted time of back and forth and poor service; I was given a reply of "no, I can crease them again though". Absolutely terrible service and poor customer care. My uniforms needed to be lint rolled when I got them home, the pockets were wrinkled, and the "creases" looked like someone put them under a couple text books and called it a crease. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation; find another dry cleaner service!
