Ive been using this drycleaners a few times now and something about the place always make me walk out with a smile. They customer service is excellent, the workers there are very nice, and their prices are reasonable. They alway greet anyone that walks through the door and wish them a wonderful day as they leave. They also have a drive-through and VIP bags, which makes me not have to get out of the car if I am in a rush. Best of all, these people care about my clothes more than I do. If they see a stain or if I am not happy about how a piece looks, they will reclean and spot check again. Plus, they put on buttons for free and bring the clothes out to your car. And yet, they never ask for a tip. Lake Ridge Drycleaner is the best place to bring your clothes.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER! Do not leave your comforters there longer than 31 days or it will be "donated". The manager is rude, can barely speak english, she actually tries to use her inability to understand english in her defense, of not caring and not giving a notice that they will "donate" items. They will not tell you when or where your items get "donated". They are horribly unprofessional, and the owner who is never there is Peter Pham. He may not even exist because of the lack of never seeing him, or not having any contact information of any kind. The manager refuses to give her name as well. I have a feeling that someone in their family is using my $300 down comforter.

I went to this dry cleaners because the reviews I read were glowing! They managed to give me the wrong set of bed sheets, it was late in the day, no time for me to go back. I called them, they could have cared less! NO APOLOGY, NO HOW CAN WE MAKE THIS BETTER, the guy on the other end of the phone didnt say a word!! They have a lot to learn about customer service, I met a lady in the parking lot that said they are careless and mess up the orders...WHY WOULD YOU GO BACK TO a place where the people are so incompetent. Dont waste your time or $$$ at this place, there are lots of other reputable businesses in the area!

The cleaners lost a pair of shorts (no big deal right) but the way handled it was despicable. It took 4 different times of me stopping to to finally get an answer. Each time the manager was never there so an employee had to call her and she would tell them the same thing, "tell him I will look for them and call him back." After over 3 weeks of not being called back I stop in once again and they my shorts. I ask them to call the manager again (Linh Pham) and she says they kept forgetting my name. Her solution to my inconvenience was a $15 store credit which I declined; I am not interested in doing business with them.

Had a good experience. It started out when I went to pick up an order. There was no record of it being dropped off so I thought I made a mistake and went home. Then I went back to tell them I was sure I dropped it off and maybe someone made a mistake. They promptly went back and retrieved it and apologized in a nice way. I felt good about it afterwards. After all, people make mistakes.

Dropped off 3 pairs of slacks. Came back two days later and they could not find them. Finally found them, but they had not been cleaned. Told to come back next day. When I did, I asked the manager for a refund. Her response, "If you bring back these 3 pants in the future, I MAYBE give you 50% off". The money wasnt even an issue. My biggest problem is nobody ever apologized.

They damaged a shirt of mine and the manager has yet to call me back. She had an employee tell me they would give me a store credit, not acceptable. Plus they still charged me for the cleaning of the shirt they damaged. Do not use this cleaners, horrible service.

I took my laundered shirts to be pressed and starched, and they pressed big creases into them where they shouldnt be. Sloppy work! And, I asked for heavy starch and didnt receive it. This is the third time Ive tried them and I am not going back.

They lost my order. Told me to come back tomorrow. When I did they only found one of my shirts and still couldnt find 3 of my $80/each dress pants. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
