Beware! This center lost 4 articles of clothing and then refused to pay for them - even though they admitted to losing them! I waited 4 weeks to allow them to look for my clothes and I kept having to go up there to get status reports. The owner never called me despite my repeated requests. They offered me - get this - STORE CREDIT - for my husbands suits which cost hundreds of dollars. As if I would EVER go back. Then they offered to pay me 15 times the individual amount of the dry cleaning - for instance the $129.00 pair of pants we had cleaned for almost $3.00 - they are only offering to pay me a little more than $30! Then if that isnt bad enough when I went back the last time - one of the clerks began to scream and cuss at me! NEVER GO THERE!!

I have taken my clothes here over a dozen times and have been very satisfied. Only once did they forget to apply Medium starch and I partly blame myself for having asked while the girl was counting and for not having repeated it. Now I always state at least twice that I want starch and it has always been perfect ever since. Happy customer.

They are very unorganized, as previously mentioned. I lost a shirt there, and they seemed to act as if it was my fault, when theyre the ones who gave it to someone else. And they didnt offer me a thing to make up for their mistake. With so many other options in Coppell, I would not recommend anyone goes to this place.
