Brought in 3 shirts early on a Monday afternoon and was told they would be ready Tuesday after 5pm. Tuesday at 5:15pm I am told they are not ready today but might be between 3-5pm Wednesday. The excuse was that they fell behind so they really couldnt tell me when theyd be ready and there was no way to get the clothes back. This might not be a problem except that I need one of those shirts for a job interview on Wednesday at 2pm. I wonder if my excuse for the dry cleaner falling behind will be accpetable as to why I cant make an interview. Since I know that it wont. I will likely have to buy a new shirt because something was promised that couldnt be delivered. This place is a little over a mile away from my house and I will never use them again.

Amazing customer service. I waitied for the last minute for my enagement pictures i needed my shirt pressed and she had it ready in a couple hours. Thank you so much.

I needed my suit quickly iron and they were able to take care of it with in a few hours
