I understand a business can make a mistake, but its how they handle that mistake that matters to me. I picked up my cloths on a Monday, then Tuesday morning after putting my pants on my wife noticed a large white shimmery spot on my pants. I thought nothing of it, but maybe too much starch and wiped it with a cloth. By the end of the day I had noticed that my attempt at cleaning it had failed and the spot was still there. Again thinking this was again no big deal, I decided I would just swing by the cleaners and have them run it through the cleaning one more time after pointing out the issue. A Gentlemen, I can only assume was the owner, simply took offense to my accusation that it must have happened at his store and told me there was nothing he could do, this after he went in the back and tried to simply brush off or wipe off the problem area. I told him I would return my blue bag and take my business elsewhere and he told me "Good, and you can keep the bag". Honestly I had never seen this person at this location ever, and Ive never had issues with this location so there is no history there. Again; they could have took the $2 hit and attempted to clean it, but they didnt. As stated in the beginning, I understand businesses make mistakes but it is how they handle those mistakes that matters. I believe my business impact on them is nothing, but perhaps others who read this will think twice when taking your $50 pants somewhere that will simply toss you out the moment you have an issue.

This is not a good place to take your dry-cleaning needs. I brought a blue comforter with brown and white stripes. I came back to pick it up and they gave me the wrong comforter back. Then when they finally found MY comforter I gave them another comforter (Star Wars comforter), and asked if they could sew it. And they sewed it up and left a 8 inc string of thread hanging from it. I complained and told them that it would come loose, so they took it back. I came back a week later, and the same 8 inc thread was hanging. I told him, that nothing had changed, and I wanted them to fit it. I left and came back a week later, and the same 8 inc thread was hanging. When I asked them what the heck was going on, he took it in the back, cut the tread off, and gave it to me. I took the comforter, after complaining to a Middle Eastern man claiming to be the owner. Needless to say its been a month, and the thread has come out again because it was never sealed off or tied at the end. they just left it to hang. And I pre-paid $17.31 for it. I will never bring any of my belongings to this place again. they are terrible in service, and quality.

We have twice taken items that have come home with the same stains they were dropped off with. Most recently, they ruined the detailed stitching on an expensive girls formal dress, then tried to "repair" it with the wrong color thread. When I pointed out the problems, they were very uncooperative and it ended in a shouting match when they told me to leave the store and never bring anything back. Oh, and the stain was not removed either. No refund. I will be taking this up with the BBB and their corporate offices. As a customer with 2 years of paying history with them, I am astounded. Have never been treated so poorly as a customer.

These people rip you off. Make you pre-pay and when you come to get your dry cleaning they try to make you pay again! It clearly states "Must Pre Pay" on the receipt and the front door. I left my receipt at home (oops) but the person working there said they had to watch the tapes to see if I paid. He said after watching the tape, I had not! I am now taking my receipt back to get my clothes, but be warned they want to make you pay twice! They will hold your clothes hostage. Major Rip Off!
