All the 5 star reviews of this place are from family or close friends it seems. Ive been going here for 2 years. I have difficulty getting them to honor the advertisement they have in there window about bringing in 3 pieces to dry clean to get 1.19 vs 1.49 laundered shirts. One time she said I was using to much tape to mark my stains. Which i started doing after getting shirts back with stains still on them even though she said she would remember. They just ship the shirts off, how are you going to remember one stain on a shirt of the hundreds you send. Everything is a hassle and negotiation with this business. The only good thing about this place is its 2 minutes from where I live. I received one of my shirts back with a tear in the elbow only to get it marked with damaged property upon return. They said it was received that way. We disagreed and while I was compensated for the cleaning I felt short changed from a damaged product. (I guess my suit jacket will cover it, but living in Texas you would think one never takes off the jacket.) My dress shirts are made to measure custom tailored as well, not just some shirt you pick up from Macys or Dillards. This incident occurred a year ago. Nevertheless given the close proximity to my house I decided to keep going here. I always ask for NO STARCH and have received shirts back several times with starch. This damages and weakens the fabric which is an annoyance and leads to TEARS and RIPS. Additionally numerous buttons have been damaged. I know all cleaners will break a button from time to time and its not a big deal but worth mentioning. The final drop in the bucket was the last week. I received another shirt with a tear in the forearm. I brought this to her attention. She offered to pay me half seeing as it was a used shirt. We eventually settled on 3/4 but she wanted to keep my shirt. Thats ridiculous! If you damage someones property you dont get to keep it. You compensate them for the damage you did so they can fix it. She also said she could make a short sleeve shirt. Im not Homer Simpson, I dont wear short sleeves with ties. Besides whats the point of having a french cuffs if your going to cut them off. She kept saying she was negotiating and by that she just threw out a number of half of what I told her. I said I could have told her any number by her logic. She wouldnt hear it. I even offered to show her the online website of where I order my shirts. She said you could buy a shirt a Dillard for $30. Lady when was the last time you went shopping! A cheap unfitted shirt will run you $45 easy and thats with the wonderful marshmallow puff in your back. Add to that the cost to tailor it, two tone the cuffs and color, add french cuffs and monograms. Her boss wasnt even there. I guess there is some regional manager or something. Several horrible experiences have finally decided that service matters more than convenience. Your a dry cleaner, its not hard to clean a shirt and not damage it. I mean come on! In the end I took my shirt and frustrations and left. I will NEVER come here again. I do not recommend this place as there service quality and "cleaning" quality sucks.

I took a very expensive shirt to them and when I went to pick it up l made the mistake of not double checking- so when I got home I noticed there was a terrible hole patch that was not there before. Meaning they damaged it and tried to repair the shirt. When I went back to address it with them the owner Silvester told me that it was not their fault and told me to f off. I am a business owner myself and this is not the way to handle business. I will not be going back and have lost all respect for them

I have tried Aladdin three times now. Each time the prices of dry cleaning shirts is different, with the last time having to charge my debit card a 2% fee for using it instead of cash. The first time I went they almost lost my husbands $200 pair of pants, that took them 30 minutes to find. The second time they miscounted my shirts but tried to charge me for the miscounted price. Every time I said something the employees blamed it on each other. STAY AWAY if you value your clothes.

This cleaner has recently changed owners and the quality of service has immensely improved! The owner is always present and takes great care of my clothes! Honestly, I havent experienced this level of excellent customer service from a cleaners in over 15 years! I travel extensively and the owner folds my dry cleaning and gets it ready to go directly in my suit case once I get it home. Thank you for taking pride in what you do! I highly recommend you Aladdin Cleaners!!!

As Max stated they will charge you nearly 4 dollars per dress shirt unless you have the forethought to ask for the $1.29 price. I live right next door and will drive further away to have my dry cleaning done. They also ruined a shirt of mine on my first visit.

I needed a uniform shirt for a trip the next day. Rosmina was gracious, assured me it would be ready. Then, I was late picking it up and she stayed open waiting for me. Please give this place a try, theyre very eager to please.
