Worst dry cleaner Ive seen. They ruined several of my shirts and 2 pairs of pants. They offered to have them re-cleaned and pressed. This didnt solve the problem whatsoever. I took the clothes back to them to "fix" many times. They failed to fix my clothes each time. Eventually I gave up wasting time and gas going back with no result. I finally asked to have a reimbursement of the fabrics at 75% of value as they were less than six months old and they refused. The male owner was so rude as to interrupt you whenever you try answer a question he asks you. You cant get anything in to explain your situation. His wife kept saying all sorts of irrelevant things about the issues of the fabrics which was 100% unrelated. I have never had any issue with any dry cleaner in my life. Ive had the same clothes, that they ruined, cleaned at other places prior to taking it to them with zero issues.

Stopped by to ask about the price on treating and cleaning my leather coat, and the girls were nice at first, and a man came out and told me the prices for it which were acceptable. What was not acceptable was that as i was putting my backpack on the girls behind the counter were whispering and glancing over at me. I cant be too sure at all what they could possibly have to say about me behind my back considering i was respectful toward them, but nonetheless i found it extremely rude, and had my jacket done elsewhere. Thanks for being incredibly rude, and ruining my night! If youre going to have people behind your counter they should at least be smart enough to wait the 10 SECONDS until after the customer has left to begin bad mouthing them.

Terrible. no receipt or stub saying what you bring in and how much. I was told my order would be $30.00 when I go to pick up $47.00 up charge for everything. this place sucks. the girl who took my order would never come to the front the old lying owner come up and lied about my price. they dont have up any prices so you dont know what to expect. dont go there.rip off rip off rip off rip off rip off rip off rip off.scum bags. I never complain but this out if order i should have known but just moved from out of town and really needed a dry cleaners. and the lousy owner told me that there to busy to check everybody clothes in for pricing or stubs. this place sucks. Dont go there.Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been going to Zenith Cleaners for a few years, and I have never been disappointed! Quite the contrary. Ive taken them clothing with stains that I believed to be beyond repair, and they have always been able to get them out. Grease stains, mustard stains, unidentifiable stains, etc. Everything I have taken to them comes back in pristine condition. Moreover, I think their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service I receive. Plus, I really like the fact that they are an environmentally friendly cleaners.

This is the most expensive place Ive ever had my clothes laundered. $50 for a couple of slacks and jackets WASHED?? No, no, no! It took a day, no one was especially rude but no one was actually helpful and there were no prices posted anywhere and when I dropped off my clothes the girl couldnt give me an estimate. Definitely a sticker shock when I came to pick up my clothes and get whollaped with a huge bill. I wont be going back , the price is just outrageous.

I took my "Graphic Op Art metallic fabric" coach purse to get dry cleaned. They did tell me that they could not promise me that it would not be ruined. However, it was so dirty that I took my chances. When I went to pick it up, it was PERFECT!! It was not ruined in any way, shape, or form!!! It was completely clean and smelled brand new! I recommend taking your nice purses there!! They did an awesome job and it was only $12!!! Thanks Zenith!

Excellent customer service from a local family owned business. Ive been a customer for almost 10 years and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my clothes. They do a great job and pay attention to the smallest details when cleaning and altering my clothes. I couldnt ask for a better dry cleaners!

This place has more than once failed to do well. I dropped off two shirts and a pair of slacks on Thursday morning and I came to pick them up on Monday afternoon and they were not ready and it seemsd they still had not started them.they are quite pricy and not worth the problems.
