On the way to work this morning I ran into this cleaners to drop off a few items for the first time. I waited patiently until a young lady came out. I advised I hadnt been here before but I wanted to drop a few items off. She kind of gave me a bewildered look, which was cause for immediate concern, but I proceeded to ask her what she needed from me. She stated she needed my phone number, I provided this info and she says "nothing comes up". So Im like well I said ive never been here before. She just gives me that bewildered look again. So I ask maam do you speak English. She then signals like very little but her boss will be in shortly, approx. 20 minutes. I have never been so annoyed in my life, how do you operate a business in a major metro area. I mean you leave a single employee in your establishment that doesnt speak or understand English enough to assist a new customer. #Horrible

Twice I took my clothes, asked for medium starch each time (even was printed on the receipt) and both times, no starch at all. This was after I made sure they knew it the second time. What I discoveredd was that not only was there no starch, they just pressed my clothes without cleaning them - easy to remove dirt marks were still on them, wrinkles still showed around the crotch (if washed, those would be gone). I thought the first time might have been a mistake on someones part, but the second time was not. Dont waste money here. The manager gave me back my money, but made absolutely no apology, nor any effort to try and keep my business. To me that is a sure sign they are purposely not cleaning the clothes - I was never angry, or rude to them, so I know that was not the reason I got no apology.

This place is over priced, like every other place nearby and boy theyre taking advantage f This store looks like they are joining in the price gouging that all the stores around here are. But 9 dollars to get a prayer robed dry clean? Ridiculous. I drive up the street, and its 4-5.The whole area price gouges because most people here are traveling. But for us,who live and work here, its a chunk of my check. Hopefully things have changed since, but judging from the other businesses around, threy ALL do this. Its messed up for the locals who can afford it. Theres no reason for the high prices other then screwing the locals. Service was great though, give credit where it is due.

The first time I went to pick up my dry cleaning, their credit card machine was down so I couldnt get my clothes. The second time, I got there at 6:40am to pick up my dry cleaning before work and they werent open. Despite the fact that both online and their door say they open at 6:30. I waited until 6:50 and there was still no one there. I dont think they ever want to give me back my clothes.

Overpriced and rarely have clothing ready at the time they quote. But even if the prices were better, I would still drive to a dry cleaners thats further away to get better service. If you choose to go here, you may as well just your flush money down the toilet
