I used Dry Clean Super Center (DCSC) to clean my comforter because of the low advertised price. My clothes went to the Comet Cleaners on Green Oaks. Comet stained a few shirts and broke a few buttons on my military BDUs, so I started taking everything to DCSC. They were able to get out all of the stains on any clothes I brought them, including the Comet Cleaners created stain. DCSC individually tags all clothing with a label printed with the name of the customer, which I like. There are only two things negative I have to say, which can be easily addressed by DCSC. They do not fully press the sleeves on dress shirts. The main part of the shirt is great, but when you put the shirt on, the undersides of the sleeves are pretty wrinkled. The second issue has to do with the chemicals used to dry clean dress shirts. I am sure it is the same chemicals for all clothing, but I do not have the experience to say for sure. On hot days, the chemical smell will become annoyingly strong. I first noticed this on an elevator, smelled the chemicals, along with everyone else, and could not wait to get off. Unfortunately, the chemical smell followed me, because it was coming from my shirt. I have never experienced this with other cleaners, and it could very well be caused by DCSC using eco-friendly chemicals, I do not know. (Yes, I had showered that day and was wearing deodorant, so it was not that) If those two issues could be addressed by DCSC, I would whole-heartedly recommend them with 5 Stars.

Terrible customer service from owner/manager! We frequently have taken button down shirts and suits to the Dry Clean Super Center without any problems or complaints. However, today when I asked the owner/manager about a shirt that was cleaned and returned to me with a 2 inch horizontal tear in the buttons area he began yelling at me. First, it was: "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT" then he began asking me questions about the age of the shirt which I was unable to answer as he would interrupt me to start yelling again. He ranted on and on in front of employees and other customers-his main one being the what do you want me to do about it while walking around in the store. When he finally faced me again and asked what I wanted to do- I asked him to stop yelling at me-he interrupted again-and hand me all my shirts. When I told him I was no longer interested in bring my business here he promptly yelled "I DONT CARE" to which I replied-I know and thats why Im not coming back!

Will not be returning. Last pick up, thankfully I had my receipt with me. I did not prepay, it was a service order with cost of cleaning due at pickup. When I arrived at the drive thru, the clothing brought out was partially mine. The front bunch was not, yet it was tagged to my order. The owner was initially not so cordial, and I needed to park my vehicle and walk into the business to sort it all out. Needless to say, the situation did not make me feel confident they would properly care for my clothes. Id hate to have them tag my clothes to another customer and then never see them again.

Horrible experience!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! New shirt with huge chunks of fabric missing after receiving it back. Owner yelled at me. Finally offered to pay me $25 for $150 shirt. Very dishonest, brought out the girl who worked on the shirt, she seems very frightened of the owner.

I can iron my shirts better than they can. Do not go there. I only gave them a 1 star cuz I had to. I would give them a negative star if I could.
