I have been going to this dry cleaner for over a year. About a month ago, they lost my husbands long-sleeved polo shirt and decided to replace it with someone elses Stafford shirt. My husband travels for work and was surprised when he put a shirt on that was 2 sizes too big for him because that was the shirt that the dry cleaners gave to us in lieu of his polo shirt. We called and complained about it. They told us to give them 2 weeks to wait for the shirt to come back. Of course the shirt never came back so they thought a good solution to the problem would be to let us have some other customers Stafford shirt. So not only did they lose my husbands $60 shirt, they thought it would be a reasonable solution to give him some other guys shirt that is 2 size too big and $40 cheaper. I called the manager to tell him that I thought his solution was unacceptable and he started yelling at me. Just how I want to be treated as a customer.... getting yelled at by the manager. I will NEVER go back to this place and hope other people will avoid going here because they will not fix their mistakes. We still have not been refunded for the shirt.

absolutely HORRIBLE PLACE!!! i brought in an off white blazer, when i came to pick it up, it had two large, brown stains on the front of it and the blazer looked like mud. I asked that they redo it, i came back to pick it up and it was even dirtier looking, i asked politely for my money back, instead the so called "manager" began shouting saying that they only charge $1.99, others charge more, he automatically became angry and didnt try to better the situation.. he kept saying that i had no proof that they made the blazer dirty. it was absolutely ridiculous.. just because they charge less than other places doesnt mean their quality of work should be like crap.. DO NOT GO THERE!!! he has no idea what customer service is and I hope his business fails, uGHHHHH!!!

Horrible Customer Service!!! I called because I had taken in two throws and a quilt from restoration Hardware. These were all pretty expensive pieces and all of them managed to get ruined. The two throws came back with snags, holes and loose threads. When I asked them about it they said they were like that. The quilt was taken due to an accident my dog had on it. this is not a hard stain to get rid of but due to the size of the quilt I thought it would be easier. The stain is still there and now probably set in permanently. When I called about this the manager was very rude and began to yell at me. He said he does not need my business he has plenty of other customers. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place.

***NEVER USE THIS PLACE***Dropped off 2 jackets on Friday to be cleaned. Was told they would be ready between 3-5 on Saturday. Showed up Saturday and they were not cleaned. 2 ladies at front desk told me it looked like water damage and was gonna call me after 5 on Saturday to let me know they couldnt clean it. After asking why didnt they call me before and tell me I would have told them to clean she told me I should have told the lady it was water damage. It was not water damage I had moved and the jackets was placed on the ground and was wrinkled. She told me she could dry clean and I pick up on Monday. Both ladies was rude. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE NO STAR I WOULD

These place is one of the best cleaner around my work. I drop off my clothes on the way to work, and pick them up on my way home (same day). They do exactly what theyre suppose to do, clean & press my clothes. Granted, theyre not perfect but the people are very courteous and willing. If theres ever an issue (say not pressed perfect), they happily re-do it for me... free of charge. Im not really picky like of these other people, who goes to a "discount cleaner" and expect the service of a 5 stat hotel!!! :) keep it up guys... (they deserve a 4, but gave them a 5 because some of these snobs gave them a 1)

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER! They have managed to ruin a brand new $60 Michael Kohrs shirt - multiple holes in the front and back and the bright neon green that it was when I dropped it off it now sorta green and black. They said it was that way when they got it. NO, it was not! Employees are rude and manager and owner are even worse. I was not the only one in there that day w/ ruined clothes. They didnt really seem to care that customers were not happy. Never again will we use this dry cleaner!

This place freaking sucks the two ladies working on 3/16/17, do not care about the customers. And are rude . I was there at 6:55, sadly my card was decline for some unknown reason, and they wouldnt wait 2 minutes for my parents to come get there stuff. They were on hardwood. And Main and they Said "Its 7:02, we close at 7:00. I understand that but dont customers come first ?

If you like HORRIABLE customer service and all your shirts to come back without buttons then this is the perfect dry cleaners for you. I will never go back there again!!! I gave them four trys and each time something was wrong such as not getting all my shirts back, buttons missing, or VERY poor customer service.

This place does not take care of your clothes. If anything they make sure you get your shirts without any bottoms and with more stains. Comforters... That is a different story if you really like your comforter do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile so that they dont ruin it. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Worst service Ive EVER had!!! The owner is rude, doesnt care about honoring what was said previously. I honestly dont know how theyve stayed in business. Ive given them several chances to keep my business and theyve been extremely unsuccessful. Do NOT use this place, youll be disappointed.
