We have used Crown for almost 2 years now. I have never had a complaint until now. My husband dropped off a bag full of dry cleaning. Our bill was over $100. One of my blouses was not ready, and we were told to come pick it up later. Well a couple weeks later I remembered and went to pick up my blouse. The lady at the counter had no idea what I was talking about and said that it must not have been her that took the order, but she would get back to me and let me know.... that was Last weekend, April 3, and I still have heard nothing. She also asked me to tell her what blouse it was that was missing, at the time, that was imossible, as we had dropped off so many articles of clothing I couldnt remember. However, this weekend I found exactly what was missing, and unfortunatley it was a one of a kind blouse that I cannot re-order. We will have to find another cleaners, as I no longer trust this store. I am very unhappy and very upset about their lack of care.

It was my first (and last) time I used Crown Cleaners. I dropped off 6 shirts and below are what I got back: - One shirt with broken button and no collar ironing - One shirt with paste-like dirt on right sleeve, which was not on my shirt before dry-CLEANING (or better said dry-DIRTING) - Three shirts without ironing - One shirt survived....YES....AWESOME, at least they could save one shirt out of their mess. I donate this one star of the review for that shirt. Thank you guys for not destroying the last shirt.
