DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT DO WELL WITH CLEANING SPOTS. I needed a white garment cleaned and it wasnt cleaned very well so I requested a re-do. They cleaned it again and the job was ok, (you can still see a little residue) so I was going to leave, thinking it will have to do, until I saw a small black spot on another part of the garment that wasnt there before and the lady did see it too. I tried to brush it off, but it didnt come off and she refused to clean the spot. That spot was not there when I brought it in because if it was there, I would have asked for a re-do the first time. She refused to clean it again so therefore, they lost a customer. The funny thing, she said showed me another part of the garment that had a larger spot on it so what does that tell you, they missed that spot too; did not do a good job on the garment at all. I will never take my clothes there again.

Even though I read the reviews online I decided to give this cleaners a try with my Daughters pants. Because of the bad reviews I decided not to pay until I picked up items. Her small pants needed a hem and for half the leg to be tapered. I did not leave until I made sure I was very clear on what I needed. I was hesitant but I believe in second chances for those who deserve it. The pants looked great, they did exactly what I asked and they went the extra step to press the pants. I paid more for the pants to be tailored than I did for the pants themselves but it was worth it. Awesome job Classy Cleaners! My baby girls pants look great and best of all, now I dont have to worry about ironing them.

Emily and her crew do amazing work for really reasonable rates! They have re-woven a Missoni dress for my that had a hole in it! They have re-woven cashmere and wool sweaters for me expertly. Removed seams, put seams in, and even dry cleaned my items afterwards! I highly recommend them! They have been around a long time here in Arlington and can be trusted with all your tailoring/dry cleaning needs.

DO NOT GO HERE. Brought clothes in for dry cleaning and one shirt needing a button repair, got back wrinkled clothes and the shirt button still hadnt been fixed. When I pointed it out, they took the shirt off the hanger (further wrinkling it) and "fixed" it in the next two minutes, and then handed it back to me. The button is about to fall off again already.

Great work and good prices. Been going there for at least 4 years. Never had an issue, dry cleaning was always done right. Now I mainly go to get alterations. They have a quick turnaround and great prices. Ive gone to other dry cleaners that quoted 2 weeks to get the work done and much higher prices. Highly recommend.

Took a new jacket and got it back damaged, when I explained to them the problem they said its impossible for them to damage garments. Then her and another lady just laught and moved on to another customer. And yes hard to communicate because of the language.

Hate it! Absolutely hate it! Please listen to the other reviewer as well and DO NOT COME to this place at all. I brought 8 trench coats for cleaning and they give me back 6....
