We just moved to the area and found this dry cleaner very close to home. We took our first load in for DRY CLEAN - LIGHT STARCH. Instead of following our instructions they laundered a pair colored Levis and it ruined them. Left streaks and creases throughout. When my husband took them back up there they took absolutely no responsibility. They said the TAG SAID "do not dryclean". So they went against my instructions and did what they wanted and didnt call to ask before doing it. Had they, we would have told them laundering these pants will ruin them. Then to top it all off, they hid behind their clause that reads "once paid for and taken home they are no longer responsible." WAY TO GO! For $50 pair of jeans, you lost hundreds of dollars in business. I will never be back unless you make this right. You have our number. J Harskjold

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER. They do not listen when you tell them dry clean ALL garments. They dry cleaned my wives clothes but all of the mens items they laundered. They ruined my jeans (these levis are known to shrink and recommend dry cleaning) and every other cleaner i have ever used follows my instructions. they insisted the labels says no dry cleaning, well i say dry clean, these are my instructions, you work for me as a customer, Im not paying you for your opinion & instead of talking some responsibility they argued it is my fault, really??!! its my fault you did not listen? its my fault you ruined my jeans? worst customer service on the planet!

I went to this place faithfully every week. They charge an additional $0.35 per ticket for some environmental fee. They break up everything by ticket and its a ripoff. The more tickets you have the more money you have to pay. It might seem like a small amount but the sign says $0.35 per invoice and not per ticket. Ms. "C" (the owner) was very rude when I brought this to her attention. I will never go back and I have been a customer since they opened.

35 Years of using dry cleaning services, never have I experienced soooo many buttons being destroyed by these people. They want to place blame on the buttons quality but considering the same shirts never had issues with the buttons at another cleaners, I call BS. Not to mention they will be glad to replace the button for a 1.00 each. Sorry Charlie!!! Youve lost my business and would highly recommend finding another local place.

When I picked up my comforter it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned at all. The lady was trying to convince me that it was perfectly clean and wouldnt refund my money or take my comforter back to re-do it. I will never go there again.

After reading all the reviews I agree Ive had my hard times but once your a regular they are they best because you learn how they operate and how to dictate you instructions. Love the older Lady that works there !!

This place is horrible. My clothes came back dingy and dull looking. The staff of little boys that work the front are beyond rude and unprofessional. Im not ever going back there.
