Once I thought they lost my clothes. They said it wasnt possible, and I didnt have the claim check, so I assumed I must have left them in a hotel or something. A year later the same thing. Again the owner said it wasnt possible. Only this time I knew they were there. I insisted on looking in the back with them, and we found over $1,000 worth of my clothes. It turns out that if they lose the tag at their end they wont know its there. There was no apology. I decided I would be religious about keeping my tags and it would not be a problem again. A year later. I bring some clothes home and put on a freshly cleaned shirt that night. It smelled really strongly like moth balls! As did all the clothes I had just brought back from there. I checked with my girl friend who confirmed it smelled like moth balls I brought those clothes back to get them to clean them again to get rid of the odor. I was told once again, you guessed it, that it was not possible. She said that not only did they not smell like moth balls, but that all clothes are treated the same. A woman in the store at the same time as me verified that it smelled like her grandmothers closet. They did agree to clean these clothes again after admonishing me that it was not necessary, and in any case it was my fault since I didnt immediately remove the plastic bag. Ive spent thousands of dollars here over several years, and they know my name, but when a problem arises, they do not treat me like a good customer. Imagine if they ever damaged an expensive suit, you can be certain they will not make good on it. So I finally got a new cleaner! I see the other reviews here indicate there is a pattern here with them. They may be courteous, cheap and convenient, but dont risk bringing them your valuable clothes!!

We used this place twice. The first time, they stained a shirt, so when my girlfriend took the shirt back because of a stain, she dropped off some more at the same time because, in general, Dry Clean Super Centers are great. Unfortunately, this one is an exception. They refused to do anything about the stain, saying they didnt do it and the manager (owner?) grabbed my girlfriend, who called the police. No charges were filed, but clearly well never go there again!

Took my 8 day old Hugo Boss suit because I was with people who where smoking. When I got my suit back it had a button missing and looked liked they machined washed it. My suit is ruined and asked them to reimburse it and they just gave me the run around.Worst place I have ever been now im out 700 dollars. I will be taking these con artist to small claims court avoid this place unless you like wasting time and money.

Im a tough customer. I am very particular about my clothes and customer service and Ive been using these guys for about 6 years and never had an issue. They have been really good at removing stains and they also do a great job sewing. This is my first Google review. I felt compelled to write it because these guys have done such a great job for me and they seem to be getting scorched by others.

I went to dry clean my Nordstrom dress and they broke the main jewel ring and they try to sew it back together (it looks like a 3 year old did it). I obviously cant use it again. My husband asked them for a reimbursement for the dress and they responded VERY rudely. They didnt do anything about it. They are VERY dishonest! Do not go there!

After using them for a while, they got very careless about removing spots from my cotton sweaters which should have come out easily. They lost my favorite sweater and were unpleasant when I asked about compensation. I no longer take my clothes there and have advised others to avoid this business. I would give no stars if possible.

I have used them for almost 3 years, and left briefly because I moved and it wasnt as easy to drop off on my morning commute. After trying 2 other places I am staying with these guys. They take time to know you and dont damage my custom tailored clothing. Something I cant say about the other places in Southlake!

I love this place and have been using them for 3 years. They know me and how I like my clothes taken care of. They work hard and are efficient and professional. My office is about to move out of the Southlake area and I will be sad to have to find a new place to take my clothes.
