Worst Experience Ive had. I dropped jeans off by the cleaners and specifically told the lady "no press" (meaning no crease down the front or sides of the jeans). The lady preceded to tell me that this means that the jeans will not be ironed or pressed at all and they will come out slightly wrinkled. I told the lady that I understood this and didnt want the jeans pressed at all. Went to pick up the jeans today and the girl took my payment as soon as I got there (without me seeing the clothes first). She walked two counters down to run my debit card and then set my debit card down on the table (on the other side of the cleaners from where I was standing) and walked to the back to pick up the clothes. I asked the girl as she walked into the back if I could have my card back. Another employee grabbed my card and handed it to me. When I got my jeans, they were pressed with creases down the sides. I spoke with Lauren (the one who i dropped them off with) and she was completely unapologetic and said that there was nothing that she could do today and that I could come back another day when her manager, Brandi was there. I asked her to refund the cost of the jeans and she said that it was not possible. I then asked her to cancel the transaction and she said it was not possible. Finally, I asked for the number to her manager and she refused to give it to me and said that there is nothing that she could do over the phone. She informed me that the tag said to hand press and that is what they did (leaving creases down the sides of the jeans). I told her that I would leave a negative review for the experience and she said. "Great; I dont care! We dont want customers like you who get upset over a pair of jeans!" Every time I tried to explain to her what they had done incorrectly she just kept speaking over me rudely and wouldnt let me say what I was trying to say. She informed me that the jeans were not creased and that I dont know what a crease is. I got the jeans home and the tag said "no press" just like how I asked. I called and asked for the managers number again and Crisa informed me that she could not give me that information and that I could stop by some time when the manager was in if I need to speak with her and then she hung up on me. Called back a second time and spoke to another girl and she said that she could not give me the number to the manager but would have her contact me. The manager, Brandi, called me back and never once apologized for creasing my jeans down the sides. She was defensive and said that I told her I was perfectly fine with them hand pressing the jeans. She said that she would be happy to throw them into the washer and give them back to me (without doing anything else to them). I asked her why she never once apologized for the experience and she said "Im sorry that you are SO PICKY." She said that she went out of her way to "hand press" them (leaving CREASES down the sides; the opposite of what I had asked for). She proceeded to tell me that she does not care if I ever come back and doesnt want customers who are picky like me and then she hung up on me. I dont recommend going to this cleaners for any of your clothing you care enough about to take to a dry cleaners. They dont have respect for their customers and they take no responsibility for their actions. Brandi is the district Manager so I dont recommend going to any of the Dry Clean Super Centers in the area as they obviously do not have very high standards for customer service.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaner. Go here only if you have things that you want ruined. Took a down featherbed in. Was told it would be done in 2 days. The following Wednesday I went to pick it up and first the receptionist couldnt find it. Next the owner came out laughed and said that it ripped and it was ruined as if it it was a great joke. I asked him if he intended to pay for it since his machine broke it. He said its not his fault that it happened nor the machines that it was very dirty. (Clearly since I had brought it in to be dry cleaned.) I asked why it was put in a machine and if they felt it was to soiled to gp ahead and attempt to put it in the machine and he had no response. I then asked when this happened and was told the same day. I asked why they did not call to inform me of the situation since my cell phone was on file and somehow they couldnt find it. They refused to bring out my now ruined featherbed and demanded I come to the back if I wanted to see it. They had left it in a bag for a week so it was full of mildew. So in addition to terrible customer servince also a health hazard to all who enter. Receptionist right up to ownership absolutely horrible.

DISHONEST business and HORRIBLE service, brought in a king size 2 inch memory foam mattress topper. On the day of pickup I noticed the small lady employee easily carrying the mattress topper to the counter... I was amazed because the topper I brought in was heavy even for me or hubby to handle. I examined it and they had replaced it with a cheap egg crate topper... they did not clean it properly and said it had crumbled to pieces in their dryer? ugh they did not even offer to refund and thought Id be happy enough to accept what they replaced it with. As more people were coming in to bring in their items to be dry cleaned, I made it clear that it was unacceptable of what they did and should pay... Guess they were afraid to lose more business if I talked more. They finally caved and refunded me something $50... although it was not the full cost of the topper, I just took it and left... it was a lost cause to keep arguing and try and get full payment on it

I took in a lined, uniform suit jacket to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, it had THIRTEEN large and small holes in the lining, some on the seams, some not. When I called this to the attention of the owners, they brushed it off with, "Its an old garment" (its less than a year old and has been worn maybe a dozen times....) and "its very fragile" (it was made and designed by a top fashion designer) and they refused to do anything at all......not even compensate me for the amount to have it cleaned! I am livid, to say the very least, and I am reporting them to all of the appropriate authorities. Whatever you do, do NOT take your business here!!

The customer service here is awful. I went in to have an expensive Nautica comforter cleaned and called back a few days later and they said they did not have record of my drop off even though I had a receipt. Then I went the store and showed them the receipt after looking around for a while they came back with the comforter. It had been washed, but the had misspelled my name so that is why the could not locate it. But this review is not for that, this review is for the young lady who acted so stuck up and was even rude to me. Its not my fault you misspelled my name and actually had to work. I will never go here again just because of her.
