On morning of Thursday 10/8/15 my wife and I went to your location at 4101 13th Ave. South at around 11:30am to get a new zipper sewn on a jacket of mine. When we entered the store I said hello to the lady (I did not get her name) who was working behind the counter, she responded that she was doing "Super great" and asked how I was. When responded that I was doing "Super great" as well she said "You dont look like it, you have the equivalent of resting bltch face" I laughed it off and told her that I was having a rough morning to which she replied "Well I get to touch other peoples dirty clothes all day" I then asked her to give me an estimate to have a zipper replaced on my jacket, she told me "I dont know, it could be $10 or $30, it just depends on what mood the seemstress is in that day." She told me that I could leave my jacket and someone will call me later. At this point I just told her not to worry about it and we left the store. I feel that she was unprofessional, I dont know if she was trying to be funny and sarcastic with a customer but I just didnt feel comfortable doing business with Camelot because of this. I hope that this was an isolated incident and not how that location is run on a daily basis.

The Fargo-Moorhead area doesnt have too many dry cleaning establishments from which to choose. Camelot has the most locations. This location has always taken care of our dry cleaning needs just fine. However, I will agree the clerks at times have been rude. There really is no excuse for rudeness and unprofessional behavior. One saving grace is that Camelot now uses an Earth-friendly cleaning process.

Took a dress soley to have them iron it because it had pleats and i didnt not want to accidentally iron them out ...got the dress back all the pleats are out. Now i sit with a tape measure and clothespins attempting to put them back in myself.

Lost 5 pairs of my pants in 3 months. And took them a long time to reimburse me. Absolutely a garbage company with terrible customer service and system. If you want to lose your clothes bring them to Camelot cleaners.
